Phyllotreta striolata(Fabricius)is one of the most important pests of cruciferous vegetables.The adult worm has strong activity ability,and has a high resistance to most chemical pesticides.The spraying method of sprays cannot effectively prevent and control the damage of Striped flea beetle in the field.It has been reported that targeting larvae is a more effective way to control Striped flea beetle in the field.Seed-pelleting is a kind of seed coating agent,which can bring the pesticide with seeds to the ground to prevent and control the Striped flea beetle larvae.Moreover,the scientific pre-installation dosage of the seed pelleting application method avoids the waste of chemical agents and pollution to the environment.In this paper,6 kinds of pesticide with better control effect on Striped flea beetle were selected respectively are spinetoram,sulfoxaflor,cyantraniliprole,tolfenpyrad,dinotefuran and acetamiprid,applied to Choy Sum seed-Pelletizing test,using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)to detect pesticides residues in soil and in various parts of Choy Sum at different periods,investigating the population of Striped flea beetle in the field and the damage rate of Choy Sum,and studied the The antifeedant and contact activity of Spinetoram on Striped flea beetle.1.The results of pesticide residue testing showed that the residual digestion trends of the six pesticides in the soil all increased first and then decreased.For example,Spinetoram on the 1,4,7,10,13,19,25,31 days pesticides in the soil The residual detection value is0.22,0.37,0.86,0.88,0.63,0.23,0.09,0.04(mg/kg);It’s can improve the seed-pelleting material have the slow release effect of pesticide.2.the residues of Spinetoram and Tolfenpyrad in the roots,stems and leaves of Choy Sum reduce in all the period,The residual digestion trends of Sulfoxaflor,Dinotefuran and Cyantraniliprole in the stem have been decreasing;the residual digestion trends of Sulfoxaflor,Dinotefuran and Cyantraniliprole in the roots and leaves increased first and then decreased.The residual detection value of Acetamiprid is too low to be listed.The residual levels of the various pesticide in the plant are as follows: Sulfoxaflor >Cyantraniliprole > Spinetoram > Tolfenpyrad > Dinotefuran> Acetamiprid.3.The half-lives of pesticides in soil and cabbage roots,stems and leaves are:Spinetoram 4.65,3.32,2.55 and 2.55;Sulfoxaflor 2.82,4.21,5.77 and 3.57 days;Cyantraniliprole: 6.36,3.65,2.40 and 2.71 days;Tolfenpyrad: none,5.17,2.75 and none;Dinotefuran: 3.72,3.20,3.17 and 2.00.This result can improve all of the pesticide we used are easy digestion through the application method od seed-pelleting.4.The results of the field control efficacy test showed that the numbers of the populations of Striped flea beetle and the damage rate of Choy Sum in the field were all compared with the control on the days 4,7,10,and 13 of the seed-pelleted of Spinetoram and Sulfoxaflor.There are significant differences between the groups.The result show that through the application method of seed-pelleting of Spinetoram and Sulfoxaflor can effective against the Striped flea beetle.5.In the anti-feeding test of Spinetoram,the Choy Sum seedlings in the indoor 5 and10 mg/kg Spinetoram treatment group can survive for 5 days intact,and the cabbage seedlings in the other treatment groups and the control group have been harmed and died on the third day.The population and number of wormholes in the field of yellow Striped flea beetle in the treatment group of 5 and 10 mg/kg Spinetoram were significantly different from those in the control group.This result improve the 5 and 10 mg/kg Spinetoram have anti-feeding effect with Striped flea beetle.6.Through the contact test of Spinetoram against Striped flea beetle,the contact activity of Spinetoram against Striped flea beetle was verified,and the LC50 of e Spinetoram against Striped flea beetle was obtained.It is 78.774 mg / kg.The trend of pesticide residues in the soil of all pesticides increased first and then decreased,indicating that the pelletized materials had a certain slow-release effect.Each pesticide belongs to easy-to-digest pesticides under the method of seed pelleting and has high safety.Spinetoram and Sulfoxaflor seed-pelleting can effectively prevent and control the field population of Striped flea beetle and reduce the damage rate of Choy Sum.Low concentrations and spinosyns have antifeedant activity against Striped flea beetle,and high concentrations of Spinetoram have contact activity against Striped flea beetle.
