| The technology of raising seedlings by means of plug tray is widely used in the production of vegetables and flowers.According to the investigation of many domestic professional seedling enterprises,the qualified rate of the commonly sold seedlings is about90%.For 10% unqualified seedlings,if not treated,the sale price of seedlings will be reduced,and the subsequent mechanized transplantation will be affected.Therefore,it is necessary to strictly control the quality of seedlings before emergence.In this paper,according to the practical situation of the production of a considerable part of the labor force,a set of equipment system for seedling production and seedling repair is constructed.The specific research contents are as follows:1.Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign research on the seedling fixing,this paper summarizes the working process and mode of the current commercial seedling fixing system,and constructs the seedling fixing system of point tray.2.In view of the problem that the empty holes and bad seedlings in the plug tray affect the selling price of vegetable seedlings,which is not conducive to mechanized transplanting and subsequent cultivation,but the manual seedling picking and fixing takes time and effort,this paper proposes a method of using machine vision technology to detect the empty holes and bad seedlings of the tray and the transmission to detect the fruit,so as to provide a technical basis for the automatic removal and fixing of the empty holes and bad seedlings.The hardware system is composed of industrial camera,PC and PLC.The image is processed by CKvisiobuilder software to obtain the number of pixels in each hole area,judge the seedling state,and transmit the result to PLC.The results showed that the detection accuracy of 72 points of Italian lettuce,white rose cabbage and Guangfu No.1 rape was over 95.8%.3.Aiming at the problem of mutual shelter between the leaves of some seedlings,this paper puts forward a new method to detect the s under covered by leaves,and designs a multifunctional component which integrates the functions of seedling separation,illumination and photo taking.Based on this component,a detection device for the seedlings under covered by leaves.Aiming at the seedlings of Anthurium,combined with machine vision technology,when the light intensity is 20 lux and the template 2 is used as the training sample of neural network,the recognition success rate is the highest,and the location of holes or unqualified seedlings is identified,so as to solve the problem that the leaves of seedlings in the hole plate block each other and make detection difficult.4.In order to improve the working speed of fixing seedlings,it is proposed to replenish the holes in the tray one by one through multiple transplanting hands,and to design a device of fixing the holes in the tray with multiple transplanting hands,so as to realize quick fixing of the holes before emergence and ensure the quality of emergence.The results showed that the seedling age was 16 days,the moving speed of transplanting hand was 0.097 M / s,which could achieve the ideal effect of fixing seedlings,the productivity reached 146 tray / h,and the success rate of seedling fixing reached 96%. |
