The plug seedlings transplanting technology has been used in the field of upland transplanting.The technology can not only solve the problem of transplanting efficiency but also can play a role in climate compensation.The plug seedlings transplanting machine is a kind of an automatic plug seedling transplanting machine,which is an integrated machine for sending seedlings,taking seedlings and transplanting seedlings.The research on the key components of the seedling removal device is of great significance to improve the transplant efficiency,reduce the labor intensity,and promote the mechanization and automation of crop planting in china.In this paper,the device automatically takes seedlings overall design,including the following aspects:(1)Research,material properties test and design the whole row of transplanting seedlings:Through a survey of China's upland transplanting of seedling,substrate composition and characteristics of the seedling transplanting in the existing specifications are introduced.Morphological characteristics of seedling were measured,the stem diameter 3.3mm,leaf number 3~5,the average height 180.9mm,leaf spread 99.4mm;Selected matrix with different moisture content and has carried on the pullout test and achieved the test data of the corresponding drawing force;Combined with the above design basic conditions,a whole row of automatic seedling pick-up device is put forward,selected matrix with different moisture content,has carried on the pullout test and achieved the test data of the corresponding drawing force;Combined with the above design basic conditions,a whole row of automatic seedling pick-up device is put forward,confirm the seedling trajectory and seedling fetching scheme.(2)Theoretical analysis and multi-objective optimization design of whole row seedling transplanting mechanism: According to the basic requirements of automatic row pick-up device design,Design scheme of the mechanism come out;Based on the simplification of the mechanism,Kinematics analysis,mathematical model and 5 kinematic optimization objectives of the whole row seedling removal mechanism are put forward in this paper.(3)Design and optimization of mechanism parameters based on VB: This chapter introduces the optimization software for the design of mechanism parameters based on VB,analyzes the selection of the optimal parameters of the mechanism,the mathematical model of the optimization target and the optimization of the target code.Based on the optimization of the parameters of the target,the 3D model of the virtual prototype is established.(4)The dynamic analysis and experimental verification of the seeding device: The MATLAB software is used to solve the displacement trajectory of the F point of the end of the seedling taking mechanism,and the correctness of the theoretical model is verified by Adams simulation.Through the stress analysis on the picking seedling machinery clamping matrix,the factors that affect the success rate of the seedlings were obtained,The optimum working parameters: Seedling needle made of bamboo,the clamping angle is 5 degrees,the matrix moisture content is 60%,seedling needle insertion depth of 30 mm matrix.(5)The design of control system for the whole row seedling taking device: According to the program flow chart of the control system and the development tool of Arduino IDE,the code of the control program for the whole row of seedling collecting device is compiled,and the performance of the control system is tested to meet the control requirements.
