| Natural rubber has a wide range of uses.In my country,natural rubber has huge production potential,but the actual production volume has not reached the demand.At present,the import of rubber exceeds 85%.In the process of obtaining natural rubber,rubber tapping plays a vital role,and the cost of rubber tapping accounts for 70% of the entire rubber production.In this paper,referring to the "Rubber Tree Rubber Tapping Technical Regulations" tapping regulations,the existing tapping technology and tapping machinery are analyzed,the density and Young’s modulus of the rubber bark are measured,and the tapping parameters are explored through the field test.In the above,we designed and developed a tapping test bench,which realized the tapping process through the rotation of the rubber tree trunk and the longitudinal movement of the cutter.The overall model was three-dimensional modeling and assembly,as well as the circular motion mechanism,the longitudinal motion mechanism of the cutter,and the tapping process.The knife was designed and analyzed.The main contents of this research are:The basic parameter requirements in the rubber tree tapping process that meet the cutting requirements are analyzed,and the requirements of each parameter are defined as follows: the cutting tree circumference is required to be more than 500mm;the female knife cutting angle is 40~45°,and the male knife cutting The line angle is 25~30°;the cutting line height is planned to start at 1.4m from the ground;the skin consumption is controlled below 1.2mm;under normal circumstances,the tapping depth is controlled at about 6.56 mm,1.5mm away from the cambium.Analyze the biological characteristics of natural rubber trees and bark,conduct field surveys and record the setting of rubber tapping parameters and the tapping quality of rubber tapping workers in different periods.A microcomputer universal testing machine is used to test the elastic modulus of the bark,and the longitudinal modulus of the bark E1=4.0×106N/m3,and the transverse modulus E2=2.3×106N/m3.According to the solid density measurement method,the overall density of the bark is measured by an electronic balance to be 1.248±0.1g/cm3,and the range of tapping parameters is verified through field tapping tests,and the relatively suitable cutting face inclination angle range is 8~13°The tapping speed is between 18~23mm/s.Based on theoretical mechanics and mechanical kinematics theory,analyze the mechanism motion form of the tapping process and the mechanism of the interaction between the cutter and the bark,design a tapping test bench,and use Solid Works software to perform three-dimensional modeling and assembly of all parts of the tapping test bench.Based on actual operating requirements,select the processing materials of each key component reasonably,and use ANSYS software to simulate the static stress analysis of the three-dimensional model of each key component to understand the stress and strain of each key component to ensure the stability of its work Performance and reliability provide a reliable basis for determining the working parameters of each key component.The rubber tapping test bench is processed and manufactured,the parameter combination is adjusted,the suitable cut rubber tree is selected for the test,and the reason for the error is analyzed by comparing the actual measured test parameters with the set parameters,and the reliability of the test bench is explored.It provides a reference for the subsequent rubber tapping operation and the setting of the parameters of the rubber tapping process. |
