| This study designed an ornamental fish vegetable symbiosis system,using a closed hydrostatic method to explore the ammonia nitrogen concentration and temperature to different specifications of sludge,mini platinum parrot,big leaves,crown grass breathing rate,suction,and amino ammonia The situation,and the combination of several biology to build a new fish vegetable symbiotic system,explore the changes in the ammonia nitrogen concentration of the hydrass in the combination system,the main findings are as follows:(1)closed static water,different sizes(S: 4.36±0.15 cm,M: 8.51 ±0.22 cm,L: 14.62±0.59 cm)of different concentration of ammonia nitrogen(4 mg/L,8 mg/L,12 mg/L,16mg/L),temperature(15℃,20℃,25℃ and 30℃,35℃)①the same temperature,as the rise of the body quality,red claw crayfish’s oxygen consumption rate and ammonia rate drops;②For the same specification,with the rise of temperature,the oxygen consumption rate presents an upward trend,while the ammonia emission rate rises first and then decreases.(2)Different ammonia nitrogen concentrations(3 mg/L,6 mg/L,9 mg/L,12 mg/L),temperature(20 °C,25 °C,30 °C,35 °C)and different specifications(S: 1.03 ± 0.15 cm,L :5.17 ± 0.31 cm)mini platinar parrot fish.①The same temperature,the mini platinum parrot fish is decreased with the increase in oxygen quality;the same specification,the oxygen consumption rate increases with the temperature rise.②When the temperature is20 °C-35 °C,the mini-platinous parrot fish ammonia in the S-Specifications will lead to the first rise,and there is no significant change in the L-specific group at 30 °C.③The mini platinum parrot fish consumption rate has no significant change with the increase in ammonia nitrogen concentration,but the divergence of oxygenation rate in different ammonia nitrogen concentrations is significant(P<0.05).4 The ammonia of the two specifications increases with the increase of ammonia nitrogen concentration,and the highest arrives at 12 mg.(3)Great leaves in different ammonia nitrogen concentrations(3 mg/L,4 mg/L,6mg/L,9 mg/L,12 mg/L,16 mg/L),temperature(15 °C,20 °C,25 °C,30 °C)(15.23±0.35cm),Crown Grass(13.67±0.57g).①Crown Heritoxoxity Rate with the temperature rise and then re-decrease,at 25 °C,the ultramiry is roughly declined and rising The highest at 30 °C.②The oxygen oxygen oxygen oxygen output rate of the big leaves is rising from temperature to the rise,and the highest increase in 15 °C.The ammonia is the first to reduce the rise,and at 15 °C.③With the rise in ammonia nitrogen concentration,the oxygen oxygen oxygen oxygen production rate is roughly declined,and the highest in16 mg / L is the highest,the electron absorption is first lifted,and then the rise is reduced,and the highest in 9 mg/L.④With the rise of the ammonia nitrogen concentration,the oxygen oxygen oxygen oxygen production rate of the big leaf is roughly present,and the trend of rise and reducing the rise is the highest at 16 mg/L.The enhancement is raised first,and the highest in 9 mg /L.(4)Establishment of ornamental fish-vegetable symbiosis system in tropical areas.The content of ammonia nitrogen in all the tanks showed a downward trend from day 0 to day 7.After day 7,the red crayfish and miniature parakeet cultured tanks increased significantly,and the increase lasted until day 28.The contents of ammonia nitrogen in the other combination tanks and the control tanks were in a stable state.The contents of ammonia nitrogen in the other combination tanks and the control tanks were in a stable state.The WGR in the single plant tank was lower than that in the circulating tank,and the WGR in the red crayfish was lower than that in the circulating tank.Crown Grass-Red Crockeri > Red Crockeri BBB>rge Leaf Ficus-Red Crockeri.The weight gain rate of mini parakeet fish is: crown grass-mini parakeet fish > mini parakeet fish >rge leaf water FIG-mini parakeet fish. |
