The Effects Of Cppu Added "Jijian" Surfactant By Fruitspraying On Fruitquality Of Hongyang Kiwifruit

In order to improve the fruit soaking effect and efficiency of Hongyang kiwifruit production,the plants of Hongyang kiwifruit was used as experimental material,to study the effects of four kinds of surfactants on the potassium absorption capacity of kiwifruit leaves,the effects of CPPU added"Jijian"surfactant by fruitspraying on fruit appearance quality,internal quality and fruit pigment,and the effects of foliar potassium fertilizer adding"Jijian"on fruit quality.The results show that:（1）The four surfactants such as"Jijian",diethyl sebacate（DES）,diethyl octanoate（DESU）and tributyl phosphate（TBP）could effectively promote the absorption of potassium in kiwifruit leaves.The best results were obtained by adding 1.0 ml/L"Jijian"and 100 mg/L DES.（2）CPPU added"Jijian"could significantly increase the fruit weight and fruit diameter of Hongyang kiwifruit,but had no significant effect on fruit shape index.CPPU with 1.0 ml/L"Jijian"had the best effect,with the largest single fruit weight（121.75g）and the largest fruit longitudinal diameter（66.06mm）.（3）CPPU added"Jijian"could effectively improve the soluble solids,soluble sugar,titratable acid,sugar acid ratio and Vc content of Hongyang kiwifruit.CPPU with 1.0 ml/L"Jijian"had the best effect.（4）CPPU could effectively increase the anthocyanin content in Hongyang kiwifruit,and CPPU with 1.0 ml/L"Jijian"had the highest anthocyanin content（27.25 nmol/g）and the best effect.（5）The results showed that foliar potassium fertilizer added with"Jijian"surfactant had a certain effect of reducing and increasing efficiency.Spraying KH₂PO₄during fruit expansion and early ripening stage could increase fruit weight,fruit vertical and horizontal diameter and fruit hardness,increase soluble solids and soluble sugar,decrease titratable acid content,increase sugar acid ratio,vitamin C and anthocyanin content,and promote red coloring of fruit.
