| Dianthus chinensis var.chinensis cv.‘Corona’is a herbaceous flower belonged to Dianthus family and Dianthus genus with high ornamental value,which flowers bloom mainly in April and in May.At present,the regulation methods of dianthus florescence were limited to single-factor light temperature regulation and hormone regulation.Studies have shown that light quality had a good regulating effect on flowering time of dianthus.So on this basis,this study aimed to explore the effect of interactive regulating of light quality and hormone on D.chinensis florescence regulation.In this experiment,the plants were treated by spraying gibberellins acid(100,300,500mg/L)and paclobutrazol(600,800,1000mg/L)under red light and blue light.By studying flowering traits and physiological characteristics,this paper provided a certain theoretical basis for the regulation of D.chinensis florescence.The main results are as follows:1.The effects of GA3and PP333combined with light quality treatment on the florescence had certain differences.Among them,GA3300mg/L×blue light florescence is 10 days longer than the control.PP3331000mg/L×blue light florescence is delayed by11 days,and the florescence is 7 days longer than the control.PP3331000mg/L×red light flower path is largest.PP333600mg/L×red light has the highest flower formation rate.2.GA3and PP333can promote the photosynthetic pigment content in leaves under red and blue light.The content of chlorophyll a treated with GA3300mg/L×blue light and PP3331000mg/L×bluelightwererelativelyhigher.GA3300mg/L×red light,PP333800mg/L×red light and PP3331000mg/L×blue light chlorophyll b content were relatively higher.GA3300mg/L×blue light and PP3331000mg/L×red light carotenoid content were relatively higher.It is indicated that plant growth regulators,light quality and their interactions on plants play a certain role in photosynthesis promoting.3.Plants need to consume a lot of energy during flowering time.GA3and PP333could effectively promote the formation of plant photosynthetic products and promote the accumulation of soluble sugar and soluble protein content,and can slow down the plant oxidation process to varying degrees.The differences between the treatment groups were significant.The treatment effects of GA3300mg/L×red light,PP333800mg/L×red light,GA3300mg/L×blue light,PP333800mg/L×blue light and PP3331000mg/L×blue light were better than other treatment groups.4.GA3500mg/L×red light had a weaker effect on plant flowering time than GA3300mg/L×red light.GA3500mg/L×blue light also had weaker control effect on plant flowering time than GA3300mg/L×blue light,which the difference is significant.The results indicated that high concentration of GA3and blue or red conditions had a certain antagonistic effect on dianthus. |
