| This article briefly describes the current use of the domestic saury fish sorting system,including the operating principles of the fish water separator and the fish body sorting machine.The basic models of the fish-water separator and the fish-body sorting machine come from the facility parameters of the Cololabis saury boat in the Northwest Pacific in recent years.Finally,the Solidworks software developed by Dassault Company was used to theoretically optimize the two parts of the saury fish sorting system,making it suitable for the fish sorting system of Chinese saury ocean fishing and improving its work efficiency.At present,the main source of saury fishing in my country is the saury fish farm in the Northwest Pacific.At present,the catch of saury is increasing year by year,and a certain industrial chain has been formed in my country’s food industry.However,saury fishing methods and fish distribution systems are still at the basic stage.The operating method used is the shipboard net operating method from Japan.Its fish sorting equipment is still based on basic equipment and labor.Its work efficiency gradually cannot meet the requirements of modernization and automation.At the same time,it affects the subsequent packing and customer satisfaction.In order to solve the above efficiency problems,this article will innovate the functions of the fish-water separator and channel based on the original basic equipment of the fish-separation system.The passive sorting method of the fish body sorting machine is optimized,and two power modes are innovatively proposed.Including the model design of the roller,the improved design of the tripod,two different transmission methods,and two new types of selection methods.Then draw all the parts and make animation simulation and effect animation.Finally,a simple selection of materials is carried out in order to reduce the damage of the fish body,improve the efficiency of separating the saury,realize the modernization and automation of the saury ocean operation,and enhance its economic benefits.Finally,some further ideas are put forward: 1)Whether the automatic fish sorting system for saury can be slightly modified in the details so that it can be used for the selection of other types of small fishes in the middle and pelagic.2): The design of this paper integrates the channel and the fish-water separator.Is it possible to integrate the fish-water separator and the fish body sorting machine? 3)The power unit of the fish body sorting machine mostly adopts gear transmission.Is there a more suitable power transmission method?... |
