Marine fish contains a large amount of protein,high nutritional value,is an indispensable food for human daily life.However,Marine fishery resources are becoming increasingly scarce.Some fish are endangered due to overfishing and the deterioration of Marine environment.Global fish resources have reached dangerous levels,with about 85%of the world's fish being overfished and endangered.According to China's Marine BBS report,China's fishery resources have been greatly reduced,and some fishery resources have been exhausted.At present,wild fish are becoming increasingly scarce due to extensive fishing operations.Since 2005,the international fisheries organization has called for a ban on catching wild fish.Therefore,since 2010,China has started to pilot the operation mode of stocking and selective fishing of fish fry,which requires the former to be labeled in advance.In addition to manual marking,automatic marking equipment is mainly imported with high cost.For fish farmers,selective fishing is very difficult.They must mark their fish fry,so that fishing is convenient.It is very difficult to mark fish fry by hand,and it takes a lot of time and manpower.Increase the cost of fishermen farming.In order to make it convenient for fishermen to mark and selectively catch fish seedlings,and to promote the degree of agricultural mechanization in China,this paper designs and studies an automatic marking device for fish seedlings,which can achieve automatic classification and marking of fish seedlings.Automatic grading marking machine mainly includes automatic grading system and automatic marking machine.After automatic grading,fish fry will swim into different fish fry marking machine for marking.The automatic fish fry marking machine includes a fish fry clamping device and a fish fry marking device.This paper mainly includes four parts: Research on marking method of fry and determination of marking position;Design of whole structure and key structure of fish fry automatic marking machine.It mainly includes the design of fish catching device and marking head,and also completes the selection of motor and simple simulation.Design of control system of automatic marking machine for fish fry,including selection of sensor,determination of control flow and compilation of control program;Design of control system of automatic marking machine for fish fry,including selection of sensor,determination of control flow and compilation of control program;The finite element simulation of fish fillet with ANSYS software is carried out,and the displacement diagram and stress cloud diagram are obtained.
