Oat is an excellent grain and forage crop.Buckwheat is an important part of minor cereals in China.To a certain extent,these two kinds of minor cereals directly affect the development of Minor Cereals Industry in China.At present,there are few researches on the seeding machine of oats,buckwheat and other cereals in our country,and the seeding machine of cereals is mostly manual seeding or wheat and other staple food crops.The above two sowing methods can not meet the agronomic requirements of grain crops breeding in China.Among them,manual sowing is not only labor-intensive and inefficient,but also has large artificial error,which seriously affects the test accuracy;due to the difference of grain size and physical characteristics,it needs to change seeds frequently,so it is not suitable for coarse grain crops.In this paper,according to the agronomic requirements of oat sowing in buckwheat,the design and research of plot planter contains:1.The key physical and mechanical properties of oat and buckwheat were tested.Taking "Yuqiao No.4" and "Jinyan No.18" as the research objects,the relationship between triaxial size,1000 grain weight,natural angle of repose,friction angle with Q235 material,impact load and damage rate of test grain was measured by using the method of physical experiment.The data obtained laid a foundation for the design of seed separation mechanism of seeder.2.Analyze the agronomic requirements of oat buckwheat breeding and the technical requirements of the seeder,and determine the main technical parameters of the whole seeder.Solid Works and other drawing software are used for 3D modeling of the machine,which provides convenience for the next step of analysis.3.Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of cone grid seed metering device,a cone grid seed metering mechanism is designed.This paper studies and designs a displacement regulating mechanism.The mechanism adopts the split open mode,which can open the square opening from the center of the seed box,so as to ensure that the seeds can be scattered from the center of the seed box to the surrounding,and evenly distributed in the cone grid type seed separation mechanism.The diameter of the cone bottom is 150 mm,the inclination angle of the cone is 50 ° and the rotation speed of the cone is 20 R / min.the grid is divided into 60 regions,and the distance between the grids is 6.85 mm.The gap between the seed distribution mechanism and the cone is 25 mm.The kinematics and dynamics of the seeds passing through the seed distribution mechanism are analyzed,and the influence of the gap on the uniformity of seed separation is analyzed and simulated.4.Select a suitable opener,determine the structural parameters of the opener,and carry out three-dimensional modeling,use ANSYS software to analyze the working state of the opener in the process of operation;design the frame,and carry out static analysis;carry out modal analysis on the whole planter to study whether it will have resonance phenomenon.
