| Land reclamation is the main measure to implement the arable land occupancy-compensation balance system,and it plays an important role in improving the ecological environment.The academic community generally believes that soil reconstruction is the common technical principle and foundation of land reclamation,and the key to soil reconstruction is the improvement of soil organic matter and its nutrient content.At present,the accumulation of soil organic matter and its nutrients in the field of soil reconstruction requires more than several years of farming and soil improvement to reach the pre-reclamation level,which has a slow effect on the improvement of cultivated land quality and productivity.Therefore,introducing an advanced engineering measure—a one-time engineering and rapid construction technology of high-quality soil cultivated layer,this study conducted a field application effect test on it in order to provide theoretical basi s and data support for land reclamation work.A newly reclaimed farmland in Guangling County,Datong City,Shanxi Province is selected as the research area.The technology of one-time engineering based on woody peat modifiers to quickly construct high-quality soil cultivated layers is applied to the newly reclaimed farmland,and the influence mechanism of this technology on soil nutrients and organic carbon and its components in newly cultivated cultivated land was discussed.Two crops(corn,millet)are planted in the experimental area.Four treatments were designed in this paper,named as no fertilization treatment(CK),conventional fertilization + decomposed straw(DZ),woody peat + decomposed straw + biological activation stimulator + conventional fertilization(MT)and straw return + conventional fertilization(DB,for high-yield farmland around the study area).After the crops are harvested,soil samples of 0-20 cm arable layer are collected.In this paper,soil basic nutrient indicators,microbial biomass(MBC、MBN),soil total organic carbon(TOC),Easily oxidized organic carbon(EOC),Dissolved organic carbon(DOC),Water-soluble organic carbon(WSOC),Particulate organic carbon(POC),Light、Heavy organic carbon(LFOC/HFOC),and determine crop yield.Results showed that:(1)Compared with the DB,DZ and CK treatments,the MT treatment significantly reduces the p H of the soil plow layer,and increases the content of soil available nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and total potassium,and each physical and chemical property index has been better than the conventional fertilization treatment all year round in two years.(2)Compared with the DB,DZ and CK treatments,the MT treatment significantly increases the soil microbial biomass(MBC,MBN),and the soil MBC and MBN content has been better than that of the conventional fertilization treatment in the whole year in two years.The treatments are 23.83%—34.40% higher,and 42.30%—55.01%,indicating that MT treatment is the best treatment mode to improve the soil environment and increase the activity of the microbial community.(3)Compared with the DB,DZ and CK treatments,the MT treatment significantly increased the content of soil organic carbon and its components(TOC,EOC,DOC,WSOC,POC,HFOC,LFOC),and the increase in the POC content was the most significant.The basic soil POC content is 20 times.It shows that MT treatment is the best treatment mode to effectively improve soil aggregate structure and increase soil organic carbon and its components.(4)The correlation analysis shows that the various components of soil organic carbon are closely related;soil organic carbon and its components have a very significant positive correlation with MBC and MBN,TOC,EOC,WSOC,POC,HFOC,LFOC There is a very significant positive correlation with alkaline hydrolyzed nitrogen,TOC,POC,HFOC,LFOC and available phosphorus have a significant negative correlation,TOC,EOC,DOC,POC,HFOC,LFOC and available potassium are positively correlated,soil organic carbon and Its components have a significant positive correlation with the total nutrients of the soil.(5)Compared with the conventional fertilization mode,the application of woody peat can increase the yield of maize and millet.The yield of 2a maize is 21.88% higher than that of DB treatment,and the yield of millet is 6.22% lower than that of DB treatment,which is not significantly different from DB treatment.Therefore,one-time standardized high-quality plow layer treatment is the best fertilization mode to increase yield.Under the same nutrient input and the same time,the soil physical and chemical properties,microbial biomass,soil organic carbon and its component content under the corn planting mode are all higher than those of millet,indicating that planting corn has a higher soil nutrient index under the condition of ensuring high crop yields.Recovery is best.On the whole,the addition of woody peat and other organic materials can quickly increase t he content of soil nutrients,microbial biomass,organic carbon and its carbon components in newly cultivated land,increase crop yields,and have significant field application effects.Therefore,one-time engineering measures based on the addition of wood y peat are the best mode to restore soil nutrients in reclaimed cultivated land and quickly increase fertility.Comparison of the yield of the two crops and the comparison of various soil indicators shows that corn planting in this area is the most suitable crop. |
