Kiwi fruit has the hygrophilous afraid of waterlogging, acid alkali, loose afraid of tight, organic inorganic biological characteristics related to soil and fertilizer, soil conditions of the growth of screening for kiwi fruit, explore the index changes of soil under different content of lime,on this basis, through different fertilization screening for kiwi fruit growth fertilizer treatments.Through pot experiment, this study adopts split plot experiment design, two factors were set up S0 and S1,S2,S3,S4,HS0,HS1,HS2,HS3 and HS4,TS0,TS1,TS2,TS3,TS4 15 processing, including S0 without adding lime no fertilization?control?,6.25%peat+93.75%soil S1,S2 25%+12.5%peat+87.5%,S3 peat soil soil,S4 50%peat+75%50%;On the basis of peat, top dressing was carried out in the growth stage, and H represented the application of fertilizer?N 0.0212kg,P2O5 0.0072kg,K2O 0.0084kg per plant?.T represents the application of carbon-based fertilizer?N 0.0106kg,P2O5 0.0036kg,K2O 0.0042kg per plant?.The root soil of kiwifruit was collected at the beginning of fruit growth and at the harvest stage. To explore the effect of applying fertilizer with different amount of turf on the physical and chemical properties of soil in the root area of annual kiwi seedlings, the diversity of bacterial and fungal communities and the growth of kiwi tree body, and to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the improvement of kiwi field cultivation productivity and rational fertilization. The results are as follows:?1?The physical and chemical properties of soil were analyzed at the beginning of kiwifruit growth. After applying peat, soil bulk density decreased, soil water retention increased, which was beneficial to the formation of soil aggregate structure. With the increase of the application amount of peat, soil pH decreased significantly, and soil organic matter, available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, total carbon and CEC all showed an increasing trend.?2?Bacterial and fungal diversity was analyzed at the beginning of kiwi fruit growth.Different amounts of turf can improve the richness and diversity of bacteria and fungi to different degrees. The richness and diversity of bacteria and fungi are the best in S2,that is,the maximum microbial biomass and the highest diversity when the amount of turf is 12.5%.The richness and diversity of bacteria and fungi varied with the content of turf. The relative abundance of actinomycetes, bacteroides, chlorobacteria, cyanobacteria and ascomycetes was increased by the application of peat.?3?Soil physical and chemical properties were analyzed during kiwi harvest.Different fertilization treatments can reduce soil bulk density, increase soil water content, and increase the content of various nutrients in soil to varying degrees. Moreover, the improvement effect of carbon-based fertilizer treatment is better than that of chemical fertilizer treatment.?4?The diversity of bacteria and fungi was analyzed during the kiwi harvest.Carbon based fertilizer can improve soil microbial biomass to varying degrees under any amount of peat, and fertilizer can only increase soil microbial biomass when the amount of peat is 25%and 50%.The diversity of bacterial community in different fertilization treatments was higher than that in non-fertilization treatments, and the diversity of soil bacterial community in carbon-based fertilizer treatments was the highest. The diversity of fungal community composition was increased in the carbon based fertilizer treatment compared with that in the non-fertilizer treatment, and the fertilizer treatment increased only when the amount of turf was 50%.At the phylum and genus levels, fertilization changed the relative abundance of bacteria and fungi, and carbon-based fertilization increased the relative abundance of beneficial bacteria and decreased the relative abundance of pathogenic bacteria.?5?The plant growth status was analyzed during the kiwi harvest. The plant height, stem diameter and leaf chlorophyll content of kiwifruit were increased to different degrees by different amount of turf and different fertilization treatments. The effect is best when the dosage of S4 peat is the maximum under the level of peat dosage. The best effect was obtained by applying carbon based fertilizer at the fertilization level.TS4 is best treated by both factors. In addition to promoting the growth of kiwifruit seedlings, the application of peat, carbon based fertilizer and chemical fertilizer with a certain amount of peat can also effectively improve the soil environment in the root area, increase the richness and diversity of soil microorganisms, and improve soil fertility.Since the N,P2O5 and K2O application amount of carbon-based fertilizer is half of that of chemical fertilizer,it is better than chemical fertilizer in promoting growth and improving soil. Therefore,to some extent, carbon based fertilizer can improve kiwifruit soil and promote plant growth. The application of carbon based fertilizer truly achieves the purpose of increasing efficiency and reducing application.
