The traditional cultivation mode of mechanical transplanting rice relies on plastic seedling trays,and uses processed field soil as a medium.The cultivated rice seedlings have good comprehensive quality and stable quality,and which are suitable for mechanical transplanting.However,the preparation process of nutrient soil is cumbersome,time-consuming and labor-intensive,and it destroys the cultivation layer on the surface of the field;the conventional plastic tray has a small size,and the rice transplanter needs to be shut down frequently and loaded with a rice blanket,which greatly limits the efficiency of transplanting.The preparation process of the new substrate for seedling raising is also complicated and expensive.In order to promote the light and efficient development of mechanical transplanting rice,the research group designed the technology of long mat seedings raised with hydroponics of mechanical transplanting rice(LMSH)in the early stage,which greatly improved the efficiency of transplanting on field.However,the cost of the seedling bed is expensive,and the requirements for the breeding ground are high.Some people have questions about the degradation performance and environmental protection of the use of non-woven fabrics.In view of the above problems,this study screened rice seedling trays of different types and made special seedling trays for long mat seedlings raised with soilless(LMSS);On this basis,optimized experiments of suitable sowing density,seedling cultivation matrices and fertilization times were carried out,with a view to providing technical support for simplify seedling raising of mechanical transplanting of rice.The main results are as follows:1.Through the comparison of the seedling quality of 6 kinds of seedling trays,it was found that the holes of seedling tray of square separation are isolated from each other,the comprehensive seedling quality of the rice seedlings is the best,and the root growth condition is good.The seedling tray is 60 cm long,30 cm wide,and the two long side walls are 3 cm high;there are 648 water storage holes(36×18).The water storage holes are inverted positive prisms,with an upper width of 1.5 cm and a lower width of 1 cm,deep 0.7~0.8cm.The seedling trays can be used in series.2.Through the comparison of seedling growth condition under different sowing densities,it was found that with the increase of sowing densities,the growth environment of seedlings was limited,the plant height was high,the seedlings were weak,and the overall growth was uneven.When the sowing densities is 150g/nursery,the seedlings are thick,the amount of root is more and uniform,and the comprehensive seedling quality is the best.3.By comparing the quality of seedlings under different combinations of media and process,it was found that the quality of the seedlings raised by the rice husks/seeds/rice husk/non-woven and rice husks/seeds/rice husks/bast fiber film was the same as the control,and the seedlings had good performance and good formation for being blanket.Compared with the control,the two processes are more convenient in operation.The rice husks/seeds/rice husks/bast fiber film also avoids the questions of material degradation and environmental pollution caused by the use of non-woven fabrics.4.By comparing the effects of different fertilization times on the seedling quality of LMSS,it is found that under the rice husks/seeds/rice husks/bast fiber film process,the comprehensive seedling quality under two fertilization conditions was better and the plant height was lower than the conventional three fertilization treatments(12.9cm),dry weight of aboveground portion of per seedling is higher(17mg/seedling),seedling base stem diameter is higher(2.47mm/seedling),dry weight-height ratio of seedling shoot and strong seedling index are higher than ordinary rice husks/seeds/rice husks/bast fiber film,respectively 1.317 mg/cm and 3.250 mg×mm/cm.Other treatments cannot reduce the frequency of fertilization.5.By comparing the seedling quality of the LMSS and the substrate seedlings,it was found that the comprehensive seedling quality of the LMSS under the rice husks/seeds/rice husks/bast fiber film process is consistent with the conventional substrate seedlings,and the dry weight of aboveground portion of per seedling is 15.7mg/seeding,which is significantly higher than substrate seedlings,and the strong seedling index is 1.474 mg×mm/cm,which is slightly better than substrate seedlings.6.Compared with LMSH,LMSS saves a lot of investment in seedling bed,and the total cost is saved by 52.9%;compared with traditional nutrient soil seedling raising,it reduces the cost of nutrient soil,and the total cost is saved by 9.3%.In summary,this study designed the seedling tray of LMSS(seedling tray of square separation),screened out the rice husks/seeds/rice husks/bast fiber film,and clarified the supporting technical parameters of seedling raising:the sowing densities is 150g/nursery,two fertilization.The seedlings raised are of good quality and good formation for being blanket,and the cost of raising seedlings is lower than that of nutrient soil.
