In 2016,this study introduce 7 kinds of rice seedlings substrates that have good reputation in the market,F you 498 as material,nutritional soil treatment for comparison,comparing the effect of rice seedlings,and evaluated the field production and economic benefit.Successfully screened 4 kinds of suitable substrates for Sichuan province area.Local formula substrate testing from 2016 to 2017 using local fungus mushroom industry waste to lining-up the matrix in sichuan region localization,and to filter out the formula substrate and raise rice seedling with that screened out two kinds of artificial substrate as well as the nutritional soil under the condition of different seedling patterns,and measured the morphological indexes of dynamic measurement of seedlings,transplanted quality,the chlorophyll and root activity before and after transplanting,determination of dry matter accumulation,yield,etc.The results are as follows:(1)The test of 2016 found that the volume weight of substrates are between0.35-0.54g/cm~3,alkali-hydro nitrogen content between 474-1239mg/kg,and available P and organic matter content are between 141-357mg/kg and 126-284 mg/kg is suitable for the growth of the seedlings;The effect of seedlings of Jiahe,Zhongnuo,Luyi and Zhonghe is better than the contrast.In terms of transplanting quality,the infiltration rate,floating seedling rate and the rate of injury of Luyi treatment were all lower than that in the control group;Among them,the yield ratios of Luyi,Zhongnuo,Zhonghe,Jiahe were all higher than that of the control group.(2)The test of using fungi residues to lining up seedlings substrate:The physical and chemical properties have changed after fungi residues decomposed.Besides the alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen content of the decomposed mushroom is lower compared to the commercial substrates,and the other nutrient indexes are within the scope of the optimum matrix nutrient.Through the comparison of the effect of seedlings test of soil content and fertility level,and results showed that 90%mushroom residue+paddy soil 10%(mass ratio)is the best,The formula substrate raising seedlings is best-performing which adding urea 3 g+uniconazole(scalar)1.5 mg+dexon 0.5 g+carbendazim 0.5 g(each tray).(3)The test of formulation matrix,optimized commercial matrix and nutritive soil were combined with two kinds of seedling-raising methods to compare seedling effect,the results found that:The seedling quality under the condition of dry rice-nursery is better than the wet rice seedlings;The transplanting quality of matrix seedlings under the condition of wet rice seedlings is better than that of dry rice-nursery;30d seedling age transplanting compared to 25d seedling age transplanting,the transplanting quality improved significantly;Substrate factor on the early stage of the field has remarkable effect on dry matter accumulation,and had no significant effect on maturity stage,raising seedling way to field all the time have no obvious effect on dry matter accumulation,There was no significant effect of substrate and seedling-raising method on the final yield.
