As one of the wild relatives of wheat,Tall Aegilops has abundant excellent resistance genes,and its 1Sl chromosome contains high quality HMW-GS genes 1Slx2.3*and 1Sly 16*,which are helpful to improve the rheological properties and processing quality of wheat flour.This study took Wanghong Base in Yongning County,Yinchuan City as the experimental site,and carried out additional generation at the base of thermal area in Yuanmou County,Yunnan Province.The quality traits,agronomic and yield traits,powdery mildery resistance and lodging resistance of 16 long-arm translocation lines and non-translocation lines with high quality subunits 1Slx2.3*and 1 Sly 16*on chromosome 1Sl of L.gosling with different genetic backgrounds were analyzed to provide basis for further breeding and promotion of new varieties.The results of the study are as follows:1.Molecular detection:Three 1SlL/1BS long-arm translocation lines,three 1SlL/1BS and 6VS/6DL long-arm translocation lines,and four 1SlS/1BL short-arm translocation lines were detected by using specific molecular markers to screen translocation lines(lines)containing superior subunits 1Slx2.3*and 1Sly 16*.The positive rate of translocation lines with different backgrounds was more than 90%.2.The quality analysis:through the ningxia irrigation area and ecological planting:yuanmou of yunnan two different under the condition of the same genetic background of long and short arm translocation,the translocation varieties(or lines)of various physical and chemical indexes were analyzed,and found that both the average bibulous rate,crude protein,wet gluten,water absorption,formation time,stability time,maximum tensile resistance and tensile area there exist certain differences.Under the conditions of yuanmou base in Yunnan province,wheat grain water absorption rate was higher,and other quality indexes such as crude protein,wet gluten,water absorption rate,formation time,stability time,maximum tensile resistance and average tensile area were lower than those in Ningxia irrigated area.It was found that most long-arm translocation lines in Ningxia and Yunnan had better grain quality traits than their parents.3.The agronomic and yield analysis:according to different genetic background of translocation,long arm translocation and short arm translocation of the strain field investigation and the analysis of the KaoZhong,found that the growth period,are compared with early maturity,2 d,5 d,average grain number more than parental controls 2-3 grain,the rest there exist certain differences between different genetic background of agronomic traits.It was found that there were some differences between the yield of ningchun 4 and Ningchun 50 relative to their non-translocation lines,while the yield of Weistonia relative to their non-translocation lines increased.In the same genetic background,the yield of short-arm translocation lines was higher than that of long-arm translocation lines except for a few lines.4.Identification of powdery mildew resistance and lodging resistance:Resistance to powdery mildew,based on different genetic background of translocation,long arm translocation and short arm translocation of the strain resistance to powdery mildew of field investigation,NingChun genetic background of the 4 different genotype strains to a parent resistance to powdery mildew in the loss of resistance phenomenon,on the contrary NingChun 50 genetic background most of the strains in the ability to resist white powder were above resistance,resistance as a whole tend to be enhanced;Ningchun 50 with 6VS/6DL gene and Weistonia had enhanced powdery mildew resistance,while most short-arm translocation lines without 6VS/6DL gene had relatively strong powdery mildew resistance.It was found that short arm translocation lines had stronger resistance to powdery ash than long arm translocation lines in the same genetic background except for a few strains.Lodging resistance:By measuring the lodging resistance of non-translocation lines,long-arm translocation lines and short-arm translocation lines with different genetic backgrounds,it was found that the average plant lodging resistance of the three translocation lines with different genetic backgrounds was weaker than that of their parents,but there were also great differences in lodging resistance among the translocation lines with the same genetic background.The stem lodging resistance of short-arm translocation lines was higher than that of long-arm translocation lines.
