In order to enrich the planting varieties of melons in Ningxia, improve the quality and efficiency of melons, drive farmers to increase their income and become rich, enrich the local market, and meet people’s consumption needs. We selected 13 Cucumis melo varieties to carry out experiments, and screened out the muskmelon varieties suitable for planting in Ningxia by investigating growth and quality indicators such as plant height, stem diameter, fruit setting node, fruit traits, taste, yield, etc.Monitoring environmental factors and daily fruit increment of different varieties of Cucumis melo,to explore the relationship between environmental factors and fruit development of different varieties of Cucumis melo;To explore the relationship between ovary size and fruit development and the fruit development model of’Xizhoumi 25’.The final result is as follows:(1)By comparing the growth index, disease resistance, quality and yield of different varieties of Cucumis melo in early spring and summer and autumn, the results show that the overall disease resistance of early spring stubble is stronger than that of summer and autumn stubble, and the growth period is shorter than that of summer and autumn stubble; For the varieties with poor field performance and disease resistance, the main nutritional quality performance of the tested Cucumis melo varieties was analyzed according to the membership function of the two crops. It can be seen that 21-29,21-31 and 20-622 performed better in early spring, and in summer and autumn. The performance is poor,so it is more suitable for planting in early spring;21-178 and T-25 perform well in summer and autumn;20-521,20881 and ’Xizhoumi 25’ have excellent performance in both crops and can be promoted planting.(2)The environment of early spring stubble is conducive to the formation of fruit volume and quality, and the environment of summer and autumn stubble is conducive to the accumulation of fruit sugar;different varieties of muskmelon have different sensitivities to environmental factors, and the effect of temperature on fruit development of different varieties of muskmelon light and air humidity will inhibit fruit development to a certain extent;ground temperature in early spring has the most significant and positive correlation with fruit development, and the lowest temperature in summer and autumn is significantly related to the 21-29,20-622,20-521,20-881 The fruit development was significantly positively correlated, and the highest temperature was significantly negatively correlated with the fruit development of’Xizhoumi 25’,21-194 and 21-3 1;the temperature difference of different stubble had an effect on the fruit development period of the early-maturing cultivar 20-622 The effect of soluble solids and soluble solids was not significant, and the soluble solids and single fruit weight of 20-521 were relatively stable.(3)The results of this experiment showed that through the correlation analysis of ovary traits and fruit development traits at flowering,it was found that the transverse diameter of ovary at flowering was significantly positively correlated with the maximum growth rate of fruit quality and the longitudinal diameter of fruit after maturity. Therefore, during pollination, fruits of suitable size can be selected by selecting the transverse diameter of the ovary, thereby achieving the purpose of high yield and high yield. It is feasible to use Logistic equation to fit the fruit volume and mass of Cucumis melo after pollination to the number of days of pollination.Taking time as the scale,a simulation model of the developmental period of Cucumis melo fruit in plastic arch canopy is established, which is helpful for the cultivation and management of Cucumis melo in greenhouses.Environmental regulation provides theoretical basis and support.
