| In order to advance the marketing period of muskmelon with thick skin in Greenhouse in spring and improve the yield and quality,using "improved xizhoumi No.25" as the test material,the experiments of different seedling ages and multi-layer mulching,spraying different varieties of leaf fertilizer and different concentrations of clopidourea to protect flowers and fruits were carried out.By measuring and analyzing the factors such as plant shape,fruit shape,quality and yield of muskmelon,the effects of different seedling ages and multi-layer mulching were determined,and the best types of leaf fertilizer and clopidourea concentration were determined,To provide technical reference for the high quality and high yield of protected muskmelon cultivation in Ningxia.The main results are as follows:1.In order to realize the early planting of plastic multi span arch shed in Yinchuan area,the effects of different seedling ages and multi-layer mulching on the growth,quality and yield of thick skinned melon in plastic arch shed were studied.The light and temperature environment,growth and development,photosynthetic characteristics,quality and yield of muskmelon at Seedling Stage under different treatments were analyzed.The results showed that the yield of plot covered with 4 layers was 8.12%higher and the content of soluble sugar was 10.54%higher than that covered with 3 layers;The yield of 52 day old seedlings covered with 4 layers was 4.69%higher than that of 48 day old seedlings and 13.22%higher than that of 43 day old seedlings.Under the comprehensive seedling age treatment,the plot yield of 48 day old seedlings was 5.93%and 0.83%higher than that of 43 and 52 day old seedlings;Compared with 43 day old seedlings,48 day old seedlings had 8.17%higher soluble solids and 15.79%higher organic acids.Compared with 52 day old seedlings,48 day old seedlings had 11.85%higher soluble sugar and 31.62%higher nitrate.In conclusion,under the conditions of this experiment,the 43 day and 48 day old seedlings are covered with 4 layers,and the 52 day old seedlings are covered with 3 layers,which has high yield and quality.2.In order to study the effects of Different Foliar Fertilizers on the growth and development of muskmelon,eight foliar fertilizers were selected:Vegetable enzyme(F1),fast transfer+kelema(F2),brassinolide+potassium dihydrogen phosphate+glucose(F3),kunlunfeng(F4),lvfenweistoli(F5),Fuer 655(F6),small peptide fish protein(F7)and enzymatically hydrolyzed seaweed puree(F8),with spraying water as the control(CK),The effects on fruit growth,canopy photosynthesis,yield and quality of muskmelon were comprehensively compared and analyzed.The results showed that compared with CK,the transverse and longitudinal diameter growth of fruit sprayed with kunlunfeng,brassinolide+potassium dihydrogen phosphate+glucose foliar fertilizer increased significantly;After spraying brassinolide+potassium dihydrogen phosphate+glucose,kunlunfeng,lvfenwei,Stoli,Fuer 655,small peptide fish protein and enzymatic hydrolysis of seaweed protoplasm,the absorbable photosynthetic effective radiation and light layer interception rate increased significantly;Spraying small peptide fish protein,fast transmission+kelema,lvfenwei,Stoli and Kunlun wind significantly increased the weight of single melon,which were 17.77%,17.02%,15.65%and 14.68%higher respectively.Considering the fruit growth and development,canopy photosynthesis,quality and yield,it is considered that spraying 800 times of lvfenwei and DOLI foliar fertilizer has a good effect under the experimental conditions.3.In order to study the suitable concentration of clopidourea for flower and fruit preservation of Muskmelon in Xia Yinchuan area,four concentrations of 0.1%clopidourea soluble solution were selected,which were divided into spring and summer,in which the drug concentrations in spring were 0 mg/L(CK),1.89 mg/L(D1),2.86 mg/L(D2),3.57 mg/L(D3),and the drug concentrations in summer were 0 mg/L(CK),2.86 mg/L(D1),4.35 mg/L(D2)and 5.88 mg/L(D3),The effects of different concentrations of clopidourea on fruit growth,quality and yield of muskmelon were studied.The results showed that compared with CK,the thick skinned melon treated with different concentrations of clopidourea in spring and summer could set fruit,and the fruit expansion effect was obvious;The content of vitamin C in spring melon D2 and D3 was significantly higher than that in D1,while the content of nitrate in D1 was significantly lower than that in D3;The daily increment of longitudinal diameter and central soluble solids in D2 and D3 treatments in summer were significantly higher than those in D1 treatment,the edge soluble solids in D2 treatment were significantly higher than those in D1 treatment,the vitamin C content in D1 and D3 treatment was significantly higher than that in D2 treatment,the organic acid content and single fruit weight in D3 were significantly higher than those in D2 and D1,the nitrate content in D3 was significantly lower than those in D2 and D1,and the soluble protein content in D1 was significantly higher than those in D2 and D3.The fruit shape index,meat thickness and fruit thickness ratio in D2 treatment were significantly higher than those in D1 and D3 treatment D3 treatment.In conclusion,considering the fruit growth,quality and yield,it is considered that under the experimental conditions,the overall condition of spring melon D3 treatment is the best,followed by D2 treatment,and there is little diference between the two treatments;The overall condition of summer melon D3 treatment was the best. |
