Due to the problem of continuous cropping and continuous cropping,the melon fusarium wilt has occurred seriously.Melon fusarium wilt is a fungal soil-borne disease,and the mortality rate of infected plants is as high as 20%-90%.Studies have shown that grafting melon plants can effectively reduce the damage caused by fusarium wilt to melon plants.In this experiment,each rootstock was inoculated with Fusarium wilt at the seedling stage to investigate its disease resistance;two scion varieties and four rootstock varieties were grafted by continuous root grafting method,the differences in quality and yield of each grafting combination were compared,and two suitable ones were screened out.The rootstock varieties of thin-skin melon scion grafting;meanwhile,two treatment methods were used for pollination of each grafting combination: artificial pollination and chlorfenuron treatment,and the appropriate treatment method was screened out.The test results are as follows:(1)Fusarium wilt was inoculated indoors at the seedling stage,and the resistance grades were divided according to the disease index 25 days after inoculation of each material.The results showed that the resistance to Fusarium wilt of the four rootstocks was higher than that of the two thin-skinned muskmelon scion varieties.Among them,the disease resistance grade of pumpkin rootstock ’Golden Partner’ and melon rootstock ’Qiangqiang’ is resistant(R););the disease resistance grade of the thin-skinned muskmelon cultivars ’Mitongzi’ and’Xinqianyu’ was Sense(S).It was concluded that the pumpkin rootstock ’Golden Partner’ and the melon rootstock ’Xiangqiang’ were the most resistant varieties among the four rootstocks.(2)After grafting,the yield and quality of the fruits of each grafting combination and self-rooted seedlings were compared.With ’honey bucket’ as the scion,it was grafted with four rootstock varieties.The results showed that the grafting survival rate of ’golden partner’as the rootstock was the highest,which was 99.3%.The yield of each grafting combination was analyzed,and the results showed that there was no significant difference between the four grafting combinations and the self-rooted seedlings.Among them,’Golden Partner’ and’Qianqiang’ were used as rootstocks,and the fruit weight and yield of melon were higher than those of the self-rooted seedlings.The fruit quality of each grafting combination was analyzed,and the results showed that the central soluble sugar content,soluble protein content and Vc content of the fruits of the four grafting combinations were lower than those of the self-rooted seedlings,and the rootstock of ’strong’ had the least effect on fruit quality.The field investigation of fusarium wilt of each grafting combination found that the plant rate of fusarium wilt in the four grafting combinations was lower than that of self-rooted seedlings,and the ’golden partner’ was the best;Using ’Xinqianyu’ as the scion,grafting with four rootstock varieties was carried out.The results showed that ’golden partner’ as the rootstock had the highest grafting survival rate of 100%,and the grafting survival rates of the other three rootstocks were all higher than90%.The yield of each grafting combination was analyzed,and the results showed that there was no significant difference between the four grafting combinations and the self-rooted seedlings,and the single fruit weight and yield of the four grafting combinations were higher than those of the self-rooted seedlings.highest yield.The fruit quality of each grafting combination was analyzed,and the results showed that the content of soluble sugar and Vc in the fruit center of the four grafting combinations were higher than those of the self-rooted seedlings,and the fruit quality of melon was the best with ’Qiangqi’ as the rootstock.The field investigation of fusarium wilt of each grafting combination found that the rate of fusarium wilt plants of the four grafting combinations was lower than that of self-rooted seedlings,and the ’golden partner’ was the best.(3)The effect of chlorfenuron treatment on the quality and yield of melon,the results show that: 0.1 % chlorfenuron solution can improve the fruit setting rate of thin-skinned melon,and the pulp thickness,longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter of the fruit are also significantly higher than those of artificial pollination,indicating that chlorpyrifos Urea treatment had a certain expansion effect on melon fruit,and increased the fruit weight and yield of the fruit.After treatment,the fruit quality of other cultivars was slightly lower except that the soluble protein content of ’Mitongzi’ fruit was higher than that of artificially pollinated fruit and the central soluble sugar content and total acid content of ’Xinqianyu’fruit were higher than those of artificially pollinated fruit.for artificial pollination.Using chlorfenuron treatment can reduce labor consumption and production cost.
