In order to provide necessary theoretical basis and technical support for the development of seenriched rose industry,the accumulation of selenium in different organs of ’Fenghua No.2’ rose was investigated.To 5 years life second flowering of’abundant flowers 2 rose as the research object,and under the canopy of the field and take advantage of "conon of samos walter" brand organic selenium fertilizer selenium peptide(2 g)or artificial assigned to selenium 3 test processing,each test there are three groups,each group of threeepetitions,and there are clear water control,finally collected the flower,leaf,stem and rhizosphere soil and the change of its selenium content.The experimental design is as follows:1.Two artificial selenium enrichment methods,namely leaf spraying and root application,were set at 1:1500 times of fertilizer/water ratio,and the artificial selenium enrichment method suitable for ’Fenghua No.2’ rose was selected.2.Under the condition of root selenium application,five concentrations were set:0(CK),1:2000 times,1:1500 times,1:1000 times and 1:500 times,and the optimal concentration of root selenium application was screened out.3.Under the condition of root selenium application,the optimal number of root selenium application was selected by setting one fertilization,two fertilization and three fertilization treatments respectively,and the concentration was 1:1500 times of fertilizer/water ratio.4.The selenium content in the above-ground organs of ’Fenghua No.2’ rose under the above treatments was analyzed,and the selenium enrichment and accumulation capacity of each organ were compared.As the important organ is flower organ,the selenium content in flower organ is taken as an example.The results showed as follows:1.The selenium content in shoot organs of the plant after leaf spraying was significantly higher than that of root application,and the peak value of selenium content in flower organs of the two treatments was 0.372 mg/kg and 0.287 mg/kg at 25d,respectively.2.Under the four concentration gradients of Se1 to Se4,the peak value of selenium content in flower organs under Se1 and Se2 treatments occurred at 25d,and the selenium content was 0.271 mg/kg and 0.287 mg/kg,respectively.Under Se3 and Se4 concentrations,the peak selenium content in flower organs appeared at 20d,and the selenium content was 0.28 mg/kg and 0.295 mg/kg,respectively.3.Under different times of selenium fertilization,the selenium content in flower organs under three fertilization treatments reached the peak value of 0.287 mg/kg at 25d,which was higher than that under single fertilization and two fertilization treatments.4.Under the condition of different fertilization methods,fertilization concentrations and fertilization times,the proportion of selenium in various organs was leaf organs>flower organs>stem organs.For three days of the selenium content in different organs and fertilizing treatment,correlation analysis between the results of flower organ selenium content in the largest correlation with fertilization between the number of days and minimum correlation between leaf organs,organs of selenium accumulation ability strong or weak of flower organ respectively>stem>leaf organs,organs of three consistent test results.The conclusions are as follows:1.Selenium application on leaves is better than that on roots.2.The optimal root application concentration of selenium fertilizer was 1:1500 times.3.Three artificial selenium fertilization times were suitable for root selenium application.4.The enrichment ability of selenium in aboverground organs was in the order of leaf organs>flower organs>stem organs;The accumulation capacity of selenium in aboverground organs was in the order of flower organ>stem organ>leaf organ.
