| Camel diversity abscess disease is a highly contagious infectious disease occurring in camels with the main symptoms of swelling,erosion,bleeding,and suppuration in the eyes,cheeks,neck,legs,hump,and other parts.The disease has occurred for successive years in Alashan Left Banner of Inner Mongolia since 2018,and the incidence rate has increased year by year,which has great harm to the camel industry.Therefore,it is necessary to master the incidence of camel diversity abscess and determine the cause of the disease to study the feasible prevention and control measures of the disease in left banner area of alashan.In this study,the incidence of camel diversity abscess disease was investigated and samples were collected for pathogen isolation and identification in Zuoqi District of Alashan,China.Based on the identified pathogens,vaccines were developed and immune effects were evaluated,laying a foundation for the prevention and treatment of camel diversity abscess disease.The relevant results are as follows:1.Through the investigation on the incidence of camel diversity abscess disease among camel farmers in the whole flag of Alashan Left Banner,we have found that the incidence of camel diversity abscess disease in the whole flag of Alashan Left Banner is 10.55%.The incidence rate of the most serious farmers reached 36.67%,which was significantly higher in summer than in winter.However,the symptoms of the disease in winter were more serious than in summer.2.The pus and scab skin of camels were collected for bacterial isolation and culture,electron microscope observation,DNA sequencing,matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry,and other experiments.The pathogens were isolated and identified,and three pathogenic bacteria were identified,namely Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus squirrel and Proteus mirabilis.It proved that the disease was caused by the mixed infection of these three bacteria.3.Staphylococcus aureus,proteus mirabilis and staphylococcus squirrel isolated and id entified from camel abscess were selected for inactivation,and white oil adjuvant and G02 aqueous adjuvant were selected respectively before and after the inactivation to prepare vaccines for immunization of camels.The former is easy to form a mass at the injection site due to its slow absorption and strong irritation.Later,in animal experiments,G02 aqu-eous adjuvant is selected to prepare the vaccine,and the prepared vaccine has the advant ages of fast absorption and small side effect.Camel peak No.15 from farmers with history of abscess disease was selected for the first immunization and then immunized for the second time after 28 days in Orenburg Town,West Nile.Valley,where camel abscess disease was more serious.Blood was collected before the first immunization and on days 28 and 60 respectively for ELISA test.The antibody titers of Staphylococcus aureus,Proteus mirabilis and Staphylococcus squirrel increased from 1:160 to 1:5120,1:80 to 1:10240 and 1:320 to 1:10240,respectively.And carrying out a return visit within 6 months after immunization,wherein the camel injected with the vaccine does not have abscess dis-ease,and the vaccine is proved to be effective and can be used for preventing camel div ersity abscess disease. |
