reasonable spatial layout,It has become a new trend for state-owned forest farms to realize the multi-functional development that integrates ecological protection functions,carbon sink forest projects,and low-carbon ecotourism.This paper takes Yangji State-owned Forest Farm in Qingzhou City as the main research object,relies on the multi-functional development of State-owned forest farm under the background of "double carbon",uses GIS,SPSS and other technical means and In VEST model to conduct analysis and research,and explores the state-owned forest farm in the new period.Space layout and development proposals under the new mission.Multifunctional zoning of forest farms under the background of "double carbon".In order to meet the economic,social and ecological demands for forest farms,the forest farms are planned to be divided into ecological tourism functional areas,carbon sink forest functional areas and conservation forest functional areas.Firstly,the carbon storage and carbon sink value of Yangji state-owned forest farm were evaluated.Through In VEST model analysis,it was concluded that the carbon storage of Yangji state-owned forest farm was 199,556.87 tons,and the direction and feasibility of multi-functional development of the forest farm were determined.Using the combination of K-means clustering and systematic clustering in SPSS,and comparing the spatial distribution of carbon storage obtained by the previous In VEST model analysis,Yangji Forest Farm was divided into ecological conservation functional areas,carbon sink forest functional areas,and eco-tourism functional areas.The establishment of the ecological conservation functional area not only provides habitat and breeding space for wild animals,but also provides resting and feeding places for migratory birds;the evergreen coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest in the forest farm is a precious gene bank resource,and the establishment of the ecological conservation functional area is conducive to Germplasm conservation.The carbon sink forest functional area reflects the new forest management model required by the "dual carbon" target.The development of the carbon sink forest project is conducive to alleviating the contradiction between forest ecological protection and the realization of economic benefits.The ecological tourism functional area is based on the Yangtian Mountain Scenic Area in the field.Its establishment provides a place for residents to get close to and explore nature,and is conducive to improving residents’ awareness of ecological protection.Advice on the development of multifunctional partitions.Optimize the recreational function of landscape areas and develop low-carbon,environmentally friendly ecotourism.Based on the principle of protection capacity of the dominant tree species is obtained by the Fangjingyun method.As the dominant tree species in forest farms,it plays an important role in the process of carbon sequestration.Suggestions for the development of conservation forest functional areas: strengthen the prevention and control of pests and diseases of dominant tree species,scientific forest fire prevention,and increase scientific research level and management capacity.Suggestions for forest ecological compensation: According to the results of multi-functional forest zoning,make suggestions for forest ecological compensation in different functional areas.Carbon sink forest functional area: Based on the "subject analysis method",the ecological benefit objects are classified,and three compensation measures are proposed to guide the beneficiary enterprises to establish an ecological compensation value mechanism,encourage the public to participate in ecological compensation,and government intervention.Ecological conservation functional area: take financial compensation and policy inclination as the means of ecological compensation,and make ecological compensation from both the government and beneficiary groups.Improve laws and regulations,set up a special confiscation fund for ecological conservation;refine the categories of ecological compensation,and link the quantitative
