River crab grows in fresh water.Its meat is fresh and tender and tastes delicious.It is deeply loved by people.The aquaculture of river crab has developed rapidly in recent years.River crabs feed on fish,shrimp,animal carcasses and grains.Therefore,in the process of breeding,they need to feed pellet feed and sticky miscellaneous fish bait.At present,the feeding equipment on the market mainly puts granular bait.Due to its certain viscosity,miscellaneous fish bait cannot be put on the existing feeding equipment.It needs to be put manually,and the throwing is uneven.Because river crabs are aggressive by nature and have strong territorial awareness,too little feeding will lead to food fighting between river crabs,resulting in disability,and too much throwing will lead to water pollution,which is not conducive to the growth and development of river crabs.In view of the above problems,this paper studies the key technology of uniform feeding of sticky bait,and develops a feeding ship that can realize uniform feeding and throwing of miscellaneous fish bait.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through the feeding experiment and discrete element numerical simulation of miscellaneous fish particle bait,the feeding characteristics of viscous miscellaneous fish particle bait in the silo are analyzed,and the main factors affecting the uniform feeding of miscellaneous fish particle bait are obtained,including the size of the feeding opening of the silo,the inclination angle of the silo and the effect of external force.According to the simulation and experimental results,the blanking device is optimized,including optimizing the structure of the silo,designing the mixing device,optimizing the rotation parameters of the mixing device and so on.The research and development of stirring feeding device is completed,which can realize the uniform,continuous and complete feeding of miscellaneous fish particle bait,and its feasibility is verified by simulation.(2)In order to improve the throwing uniformity of the throwing device designed in this paper,the force and movement of feed particles in the throwing device are analyzed,and the main factors affecting the throwing uniformity are obtained,including the position of the feed inlet,the bending angle of the pulling plate and the speed of the throwing motor.The influence of various factors on the throwing uniformity is analyzed by edem software,and the orthogonal combination test of three factors and three levels is designed.The best parameter combination of throwing uniformity is obtained as follows: the bending angle of the material shifting plate is 20 °,the included angle between the center position of the feeding port and the x-axis is 152.975 °,and the motor speed is 1031.87 r / min.The optimal parameter combination is verified by edem simulation.The verification results show that the optimization results can be used to improve the throwing uniformity of the throwing device.Finally,based on the best optimization effect obtained,the throwing uniformity of miscellaneous fish pellet bait in the throwing device is studied and optimized to achieve better throwing uniformity of viscous miscellaneous fish bait and feed particles.(3)A new type of feeding ship with pesticide application function was developed,which can uniformly throw miscellaneous fish bait and granular bait.According to the preliminary design scheme and simulation results,the detailed structural design and optimization of the blanking device and throwing device are carried out,the structure of the open wheel is optimized,the structural design of other modules is completed,and the overall design of the feeding ship is completed.(4)The processing and assembly of the feeding ship sample ship are completed,and the feasibility and reliability experiments of the pesticide application system,blanking device,throwing device and open wheel driving device are designed.The feasibility and reliability of each function of the bait ship are verified.The experimental results show that the feeding ship with stirring feeding realizes the uniform,continuous and complete feeding and throwing of viscous miscellaneous fish bait.At the same time,it has the function of applying medicine,saves the labor cost of river crab aquaculture and improves the work efficiency.
