Research On Coordination Contract Of “Company + Farmer” Supply Chain Network

Supply chain coordination aims to strengthen supply chain cooperation and improve supply chain performance through contract.With the increase of members,the structure of "company +farmer" supply chain has changed from chain to network,which makes the coordination more difficult.In addition,the existing contracts are limited in business practice,resulting in the failure of "company + farmer" supply chain.In fact,the main reasons are as follows.On the one hand,the existing research has not yet formed a systematic theoretical framework of coordination contract structure,it is hard to guide the “company + farmer” supply chain coordinate.On the other hand,it is difficult to describe the "company + farmer" network structure composed of multiple decision-makers,which can not satisfy the demands of the decision-makers and reduce the satisfaction of coordination.Therefore,this paper explores the coordination contract that satisfies "company + farmer" supply chain network.The main research work is as follows:(1)The whole contract structure of supply chain network is constructed,in order to provide reference for the selection of "company + farmer" supply chain network contract.Based on the vulnerability factors and transaction cost theory,resource-based theory,social capital theory and stakeholder theory,this paper constructs a global contract structure,which aims at benefit sharing,cost sharing,information sharing and relationship coordination mechanism,and includes transaction attribute,subject attribute,structure attribute and environment attribute.The whole contract structure makes up for the “fragmentation” of the existing supply chain coordination mechanism,and pays attention to the interest demands of all parties in the supply chain network.(2)The coordination model of "company + farmer" supply chain competition-cooperation network is constructed,in order to select the optimal coordination contract of "company +farmer" supply chain.The model is based on hesitation fuzzy language analysis network process(HFL-ANP),and extends the multi-association decision-making model of contract criterion and decision-maker.Under the consideration of "company + farmer" supply chain competitioncooperation network and demands,extends the traditional single structure is to the network structure,and the coordination contract is selected by group decision-making.This method makes up for the shortage of analyzing the supply chain network,and solves the complex network coordination problem of "company + farmer" supply chain.(3)This paper constructs a "company + farmer" supply chain network coordination model in Liuhe,Taicang,in order to verify the universality of the overall contract structure and the effectiveness of hesitation fuzzy language analysis network process.Through the coordination analysis of the white-feathered broiler supply chain as a practical case,the paper provides a reference for the coordination contract decision-making of the actual supply chain network.Based on the whole contract structure,this paper constructs a multi-related decision maker coordination model for the supply chain network of "company + peasant household".The case shows that it not only provides a systematic theoretical framework for coordination research,but also provides a new research idea for "company + farmer" supply chain network coordination.
