organic ecological substrate cultivation mode in my country,the mechanized production of substrate cultivation bags is developing slowly.Most of the substrate cultivation bags of individual users in my country are produced manually,and the expensive assembly line production mode is not suitable for individual users and small enterprises in my country.Aiming at the lack of small,practical,low-cost,and automatic matrix bag production equipment in the market,this subject conducts research in the field of matrix packaging,and designs a three-side sealing matrix automatic packaging machine.Through the study of a large number of relevant documents,the current situation of the packaging machine in the market has been understood,and the function and performance requirements of the packaging machine are put forward.By adapting the process flow of three-side sealing powder and granule packaging technology,in the field of matrix packaging,the method of mold packaging and forming,filling and then bag making,bag making and sealing are completed in the same process.The packaging machine is mainly composed of a stirring device,a feeding device,a compression device,a heat sealing device,a transmission system and a control system.The design and selection of each device is carried out,and the detailed parameter design and simulation analysis of the main working parts are carried out.According to the overall design scheme of the packaging machine,a control system with PLC as the main control core is designed,and various sensors such as proximity switches,temperature sensors and pressure sensors are used.Finally,draw a three-dimensional model and two-dimensional drawings according to the design plan,and conduct trial production of the prototype.By building a control system on the prototype,debugging the control system and the prototype to make it can meet the production requirements of the matrix bag,and its functionality is tested and verified.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The overall plan of the packaging machine is determinedUnderstand the current application of matrix bag culture,matrix bag production machinery and its applied technology,determine the function and performance requirements of the packaging machine,refer to the process flow of three-side sealing powder and particle packaging technology,and improve the process flow to make it suitable for the matrix automatic packaging machine,and finally determines the technological process of the packaging machine.Propose a variety of design schemes for the main working devices of the packaging machine,compare a variety of different scheme designs,compare and select the schemes of various devices such as feeding device,compression device,heat sealing device,etc.,and design the transmission system to match different devices corresponding power requirements,design the rack to reasonably install and arrange the working positions of each device,and finally determine the overall plan of the packaging machine.(2)Design of the main working device and its components of the packaging machineDesign the main working device and its parts of the packaging machine,mainly including the design of the fixing device,the compression device and the heat sealing device.The design of the main working parts mainly includes the fixing box of the fixing device and the baffle plate of the heat sealing mold,the heat-sealing mold of the heat-sealing device,the flipping rod of the heat-sealing device and the lifting frame of the heat-sealing mold.In the design,a variety of simulation analysis software is used for data analysis,providing data basis for the design and simulation verification of rationality and reliability.Using EDEM software to model the matrix material,simulate and analyze the influence of matrix material on the dosing device during the movement of the dosing device,and determine the power demand during the motion of the dosing device in combination with theoretical calculations;Carry out simulation analysis to analyze the relationship between the pressure change and the compression degree of the matrix material,and provide data support for the design of the compression device.Using ANSYS software,the static analysis of the heat sealing mold baffle plate is carried out,and the simulation verification is carried out to verify whether the design of the frame can meet the requirements of use.(3)Design of control systemThis topic designs the control system of the three-side sealing matrix automatic packaging machine.According to the requirements of the function and performance of the packaging machine,combined with the overall mechanical scheme of the packaging machine,the overall control scheme is designed.It mainly includes hardware design and software design.The hardware design mainly includes the selection of the control core PLC and the sensor,the allocation of the I/O interface of the PLC,the actual construction of the hardware circuit and the design of the safety circuit.The design of the software part mainly includes the introduction of PLC development environment and the design of PLC control program.The application programming software XDPPro of XD series PLC is introduced,and the communication mode between the PC and PLC of the control system is selected.In the PLC program design,the analog control scheme is used to control the temperature of the heat-sealing packaging and the pressure of the compression device.According to the packaging The technological process of the process and the working principle of the hardware are used to complete the program design in the ladder diagram language.(4)Prototype trial production and testingThis subject has completed the prototype trial production and debugging of the three-side sealing matrix automatic packaging machine,and verified the operation function and performance of the whole machine.Draw three-dimensional and two-dimensional drawings according to the overall design,conduct trial production of the prototype according to the drawings,build the control system on the prototype and debug it to ensure that the prototype can normally achieve the packaging function.Design the function and performance test of the prototype,select the test materials,mainly including the seedling substrate,packaging film and heat-sealing wire,carry out the experimental confirmation of the pulse melting and cutting heat-sealing parameters of the film,and carry out the test on the prototype.After testing,the packaging speed of the three-side sealing matrix automatic packaging machine can reach 45 bags/h,and the average packaging time per bag is 80 s.When the matrix bag is transported and dropped,its packaging quality fully meets the actual production requirements. |
