| With the increasing demand for pork and its products year by year,my country has become the largest pork consumer in the world.A healthy breeding environment is particularly important in the process of pig breeding.It can not only provide pork consumers with high-quality pork,but also reduce the occurrence of diseases and improve the production efficiency of pig farms.Therefore,the detection,evaluation and control of pig breeding environment have attracted extensive attention and have great research value.This paper takes the piggery environmental monitoring system as the object,analyzes and summarizes the current domestic and foreign research trends in the detection,evaluation and control of the piggery environment,summarizes the current problems in the automatic monitoring of the piggery environment,and determines the environmental monitoring of the piggery.Based on systematic research ideas,the research on environmental perception,environmental assessment and environmental control of piggery environmental monitoring system is carried out.The main research results and conclusions are summarized as follows.Firstly,the influencing factors of piggery environment,the method of piggery environmental assessment and the method of piggery environment control are analyzed.This paper designs a three-layer piggery environment mobile intelligent monitoring system.The main functions include piggery environmental detection,environmental data fusion,data Communication transmission,piggery environment evaluation and automatic control of piggery environment,etc.The three-layer piggery environment mobile intelligent monitoring system is composed of intelligent monitoring robot,piggery environment control node and central control server,and details their characteristics and requirements.integrated functionality.Secondly,in order to realize the unmanned detection of pig breeding environment,an intelligent monitoring robot system is designed.By analyzing the production process,working environment and internal structure of the piggery,the design requirements and environmental inspection scheme of the intelligent monitoring robot are summarized.On this basis,the design of the mechanical structure and control software of the intelligent monitoring robot is completed.The intelligent monitoring robot designed in this paper can simultaneously detect the breeding environment information and the multi-dimensional information of the growth status of the pigs,which saves the detection resources in solving the needs of the piggery detection environment.Thirdly,in order to realize the accurate evaluation of the pig breeding environment,the central control server software is partly based on the fuzzy set theory to establish a multi-parameter evaluation model of the piggery environment.The evaluation model establishes the membership function of each environmental evaluation index according to the piggery environmental evaluation system,uses the entropy method to establish the evaluation index weight vector,and finally uses the weighted average fuzzy operator to synthesize the weight vector and the fuzzy relationship matrix into the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result vector.,Complete the comprehensive evaluation of piggery environment.The piggery environmental evaluation model designed in this paper comprehensively considers various environmental factors of multiple piggerys.The evaluation results can reflect the mutation of the breeding environment more reasonably and meet the complex environmental requirements in pig breeding.Finally,in order to realize the intelligent control of the pig breeding environment,according to the designed piggery environment control node,the reinforcement learning control algorithm is integrated in the central control server software,and two optimal control strategies for southern summer and winter are established to realize the piggery in different seasons.Environmental control.Firstly,according to the environmental characteristics of piggery,determine the temperature and humidity,CO2,NH3and H2S as the main control parameters.According to the evaluation system in the comprehensive evaluation model of the piggery,675 environmental states were divided into each parameter area;The house environment control network is designed,4control actions are designed,and the reward value function is established as the comfort index;finally,the smooth control of various environmental factors in the piggery is realized,and the unmanned intelligent control of the pig breeding environment is completed.The piggery environmental evaluation model designed in this paper can comprehensively control multiple environmental factors for different piggerys and seasons,and finally integrate the algorithm into the central control server software system in the piggery environmental monitoring system. |
