| This study investigated the effects of different levels of manganese copper zinc loaded montmorillonite(MZCM)on performance,serum biochemistry and trace element deposition of broilers were studied.In order to provide a theoretical basis for the new addition mode of trace elements in broiler production.Experiment 1 Optimization of preparation process of Mn Cu Zn loaded MontmorilloniteStarting from the four conditions of zinc sulfate concentration,reaction temperature,reaction time and reaction p H,the orthogonal test is designed after determining the three levels of single factor.It is concluded that the influence order of each factor on the zinc loading capacity of montmorillonite is: zinc sulfate concentration > reaction time > reaction temperature > reaction p H,and the best process for preparing zinc loaded Montmorillonite is zinc sulfate concentration0.3mol/l,reaction time 4h,reaction temperature 80 ℃,p H = 5.0.Experiment 2 Effects of dietary manganese copper zinc montmorillonite on performance,blood biochemical indexes and trace element deposition of BroilersIn this experiment,420 1-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into 5treatments,7 repetitions for each treatment and 12 chickens for each repetition.The five treatments were: blank group(basal diet,CT group),control group(basal diet +2NRC sulfate,SO group),low-dose MZCM group(basal diet + 0.5NRC loaded manganese copper zinc montmorillonite,0.5NRC group),medium-dose MZCM group(basal diet + 1NRC loaded manganese copper zinc montmorillonite,1NRC group),high-dose MZCM group(basal diet + 2NRC loaded manganese copper zinc montmorillonite,2NRC group).The experiment is divided into two stages: the early stage(1-21d)and the late stage(22-35d),one chicken at the age of 22 days and 36 days is slaughtered and sampled from each repetition to determine the relevant indicators.The test results are as follows:1.There was no significant difference in the production performance of each group in the early stage of the experiment(1-21d)(P>0.05);In the later stage of the experiment(22-35d),compared with the blank group,the medium dose of MZCM can significantly improve the feed weight ratio of broilers(F / G,P < 0.05);2.Compared with the blank group,adding different levels of MZCM significantly increased the content of zinc in the serum of 21 day old broilers(P <0.05),adding 1NRC MZCM significantly increased the activity of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in the serum of 21 day old and 35 day old broilers(P < 0.05),and adding 2NRC MZCM significantly decreased the activity of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in the serum of 21 day old broilers(P < 0.05);3.The addition of Mn Zn Cu montmorillonite could significantly increase the length of tibia and zinc deposition in tibia of broilers at 21 days old,and increase the deposition of manganese and zinc in liver(P < 0.05);Compared with the blank control group,MZCM supplemented with 1nrc also significantly increased the tibial length and tibial center width of broilers at 35 days of age(P < 0.05);4.The results showed that the addition of Mn Zn Cu montmorillonite in broiler diet could increase the deposition of relevant trace elements in blood and bone and improve relevant blood biochemical indexes,and the effect of twice NRC sulfate could be achieved by adding one time of NRC amount of MZCM.It is of great significance to improve the utilization efficiency of trace element additives and environmental protection. |
