Distal hybridization is one of the important ways to obtain new traits and new species, this study takes the offspring of almond and kernel with apricot as the test material, analyzes the difference between offspring and parents by morphological observation method, finds that the leaf traits of the offspring are between the parents, and preliminarily determines that the hybrid offspring are true hybrids;20 pairs of polymorphic primers for identifying hybrids were obtained by SSRmolecular markers, and the identification efficiency was as high as74.07%;The genetic diversity and kinship between 48 hybrid offspring were analyzed, and the glomeral annotation differences between hybrid offspring and parents were analyzed by resequencing using almond as the reference genome. The main findings are as follows:(1)The differences between hybrid offspring and parental traits were compared, the leaf phenotype and parental were obviously different, the phenotypic traits were between the parents, and according to this trait, the hybrid offspring were preliminarily identified as true hybrids;the difference in crown width traits between offspring was the largest, and the difference in diameter was the smallest.(2)The mean values of intermediate genes, effective alleles, observed heterozygotes, expected heterozygosity, and Shannon diversity indexes were 4.1,3.1,0.781,0.648,and1.173,respectively,and the hybrid offspring showed that the hybrid offspring were closer to the mother’s ’Youyi’ and the parent ’D1’,and the partial maternal classification relationship appeared.(3)The analysis of the difference between hybrid offspring and parental SSR molecular markers showed that there were differences in band types between hybrids, but the band types of hybrids all showed the characteristics of one band from the parent and the other from the mother;20 of the 27 polymorphic primer pairs could identify hybrid offspring, with an identification efficiency of 74.07%,and 10 pairs of high-quality primers were divided by primer identification ratio(X≥80%),with an average identification rate of 96.46%.(4)The quality control results of hybrid offspring data show that the number of SNPs detected by hybridized offspring, the number of SNPs of conversion types, and the number of SNPs of the switching type are closer to ’MB’,which are quite different from ’FB’,and the maternality of kinship is corroborated;in SNPtypes, the proportion of hybrid SNPs in descendants is closer to ’FB’;the SNPannotation results show that the SNPregions of ’FB’,’MB’ and hybrid offspring are the same, but’ Mb’ and hybrid offspring have a higher number of annotations than ’FB’;the In Del test results show that the number of all indicators between offspring and parents is quite different, and there is no partial patriarchality or partial motherhood, and the hybrid offspring also appears in the quantitative relationship in In Del annotations. The number and type of SNPs and In Dels vary much and widely between hybrid offspring.
