The poultry breeding industry,as a key support object for agriculture,is relatively backward in development at present.It is mainly free-range farming by farmers,lacking specialization and integration,and hindering industrial development.In order to promote the poultry breeding industry to better and faster development,local governments began to advocate automation and intelligent breeding,especially putting forward higher requirements for the breeding environment.With the help and support of all parties,automated and intelligent poultry breeding equipment and technology were first adopted by large breeding companies,but it was difficult for small breeding farmers to popularize automated breeding on a large scale due to cost reasons.Therefore,this design adopts a minimalist way to control the cost of breeding,help more small and medium-sized farmers to carry out automatic breeding,liberate their labor force,and improve production efficiency.With the continuous progress of technology and the continuous reduction of cost,there will be more breeding equipment and technology will be widely popularized in the future.In this paper,the background and significance of the development of chicken industry were introduced,and the development status of chicken industry at home and abroad was deeply studied.In this paper,the shape and structure of the chicken shed were designed,including the specific size and material selection.Because it is a lightweight structure,in order to ensure that the strength of the greenhouse can adapt to the local climate,the structural strength of the greenhouse was calculated and checked.At the same time,the requirements of internal and external environment of chicken greenhouses were analyzed,and the specific parameters of internal environment regulation were determined.The temperature and humidity sensor and ammonia concentration sensor are used in the design of the data acquisition and transmission system of chicken greenhouses.Use Zig Bee technology to collect environmental data in the greenhouse,and upload it to the upper computer acquisition program by means of serial communication.The working principle and technical parameters of each hardware module in the sensor system and wireless transmission system are studied,and the related programs are designed.At the same time,the data will be uploaded to the iot cloud platform in the form of Zig Bee and Wi Fi near-remote communication,which is convenient for farmers to conduct remote monitoring.When the environmental data is collected to the upper computer,the upper computer makes judgment on the data,and then the upper computer sends instructions to the lower computer to control each control system in the greenhouse.Each sub-control system in the shed includes: curtain system,heating system,cooling system,ventilation system and so on.The hardware structure and working principle of each system are analyzed,and each control system is linked together by means of electrical control.Unified scheduling is carried out by Labview upper computer,which improves the unity of the whole control system,realizes automatic adjustment of the greenhouse environment,and liberates the labor force.PID temperature control is also added in the heating system to improve the adaptability and accuracy of the heating system.After the environmental data is collected,the detected environmental data is uploaded to the cloud platform of the Internet of Things through the wireless network,through which the management personnel can remotely view the relevant data and view the live video in real time.When an alarm occurs,the platform will notify the management through SMS or Wechat,reducing the probability of the occurrence of risks.
