| Indigofera amblyantha is the most commonly used shrub for ecological restoration, which is widely used in highway slope greening restoration and mine restoration projects. At present, the seeds of I.amblyanthaused in production are basically collected from wild. There are some problems, such as uneven seed quality, large plant variation and so on.At the same time, there are few studies on the soil and water conservation performance and stress resistance of I.amblyantha.In order to solve the outstanding problems in the production and application of I.amblyantha,we collected seeds from different regions, screened high-yield germplasm, studied its soil and water conservation performance and physiological response mechanism under water stress, and provided theoretical basis for the application of Indigofera multiflora.(1)Agronomic characters of different germplasm of I.amblyantha: the branching stage is from mid June to early July, the budding stage is from mid July to early August, the flowering stage is from late July to mid August, the pod setting stage is from mid August to the end of August, and the seed maturity stage is from mid January.Plant height, crown width, ground diameter, branch number and other agronomic traits increased rapidly from June to August, and the growth rate gradually slowed down in September. There were significant differences in agronomic traits of different germplasm. The wild germplasm in Changsha was slightly earlier than the market purchased germplasm.(2)Seed production performance of different germplasm of I.amblyantha: the proportion of fruiting branches was 26.79%-79.36%,the number of inflorescences was10.75/branch-60.25/branch,the number of flowers was 127.50/branch-1253.75/branch,the pod setting rate was 3.18%-15.31%,the 1000 grain weight was 3.37 g-8.18 g,and the seed yield was 28.81 kg / hm2-752.18 kg / hm2.Wangyue 4,Wangyue 1,Hongxing and Wangyue5 were the best germplasm.(3)The results showed that the root-soil complex composed of I.amblyantha and bermudagrass roots had a significant effect on soil sediment retention and reinforcement, and could effectively improve the ability of soil to cope with Runoff Impact;the retention of root sediment loss and the percentage of root soil complex anti scour index and anti scour index enhancement in the early growth period were not as good as those in the peak growth period;the effect of single planting I.amblyantha root soil complex on sediment retention was not as good as that in the peak growth period The reinforcement effect is not strong, and the performance of sediment loss, anti scour index and anti scour index enhancement percentage of root soil complex is not as good as that of monoculture bermudagrass and mixed planting of I.amblyantha and bermudagrass, among which monoculture bermudagrass is the best.(4)Physiological effects of water stress on I.amblyantha: under drought stress, the content of MDA,chlorophyll and relative conductivity of I.amblyantha were not significantly different from those of the control except for the significant increase of SOD activity, which indicated that I.amblyantha had strong drought tolerance.Under waterlogging stress, the activity of SOD and the content of MDA decreased significantly after 6 days. There was no significant difference in chlorophyll content and relative conductivity between the two groups, which indicated that I.amblyantha was not tolerant to waterlogging. |
