With the improvement of degree of intensive animal husbandry and feed industry development,antibiotics,chemical synthetic drug and steroid hormones such as feed additive,which is engaged in the application of events abound,and lack of feed is the main factor limiting the development of animal husbandry in China,so the woody plants of three kinds of forage nutritive value and secondary metabolism substance has very important meaning to study the biological activity.Sophora davidii,Broussonetia papyrifera and Indigofera amblyantha,are chosen as experimental materials in this study.The best utilization period is determined by measuring the content of nutrients and secondary metabolites in different growth stagesand the biological activity of secondary metabolites.The main conclusionare as follows:?1?Sophora davidii,Indigofera amblyantha and Broussonetia papyrifera in the different growth stages DM contents ranges are 66.21?81.43%,68.12?82.06%,80.66?92.40%;CP content are 22.93?27.78%,22.72?25.75%,18.48?24.73%;EE content are 2.72?4.07%,2.08?4.23%,9.84?13.56%;CF content are 20.82?27.02%,17.61?25.49%,7.96?12.31%;NDF content are 30.75?38.96%,34.03?42.95%,32.40?60.30%;ADF content are 18.83?27.57%,22.08?30.43%,21.78?36.63%;Ash content are 5.09?7.52%,10.96?11.73%,11.21?15.19%;NFE content are6.88?22.79%,6.20?17.81%,19.78?27.47%.The RFV value combined with CP index is rated for three kinds of plants.The results showed that Sophora davidii and Indigofera amblyanthawere super forage,Broussonetia papyriferais primary forage with very high nutritional value.?2?The content of tannin,total phenols,flavonoids,alkaloids and saponins in three kinds of feed woody plants fluctuated in different growth stages,and the content is different in different growth stages.The contents of total flavonoids in Sophora davidii,Indigofera amblyantha and Broussonetia papyriferaare 0.36?0.7 mg/g,1.07?2.87 mg/g and 0.59?0.78 mg/g;the contents of tannin are 5526.21?7717.77nmol/g,4284.03?5818.73 nmol/g and 6390.66?7640.60 nmol/g;the contents of total phenol are 205.62?298.69 mg/g,163.22?214.22 mg/g and 143.87?214.34 mg/g;the contents of total saponin are 0.11?0.22 ng/g,0.20?0.39 ng/g and 0.10?0.16 ng/g;the contents of total alkaloid are 0.2?0.32 ng/g,0.23?0.38 ng/g are 0.20?0.36 ng/g.the flavone content of the three plants increased with the growth period;the tannin content of Sophora davidii and Indigofera amblyantha decreases first and then increases and then decreases as the growth period prolongs,while the Broussonetia papyrifera increases first and then decreases as the growth period prolongs;The total phenolic content of Sophora davidii and Indigofera amblyantha decreased with the growth period,and the Broussonetia papyrifera increased first and then decreased;The total saponins of Sophora davidii and Broussonetia papyrifera first decreased and then increased with the growth period,and Indigofera amblyantha increased first,then decreased and then increased;the content of total alkaloids of the three plants decrease first and then increase as the growth period increases.?3?The tannins,total phenols,saponins,flavonoids,and alkaloids of the three plants all have different degrees of scavenging effects on hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anions,and have a certain reducing capacity for Fe3+,and increase with increasing concentration.Tannin:Hydroxyl radical scavenging capacity is Sophora davidii>Indigofera amblyantha>Broussonetia phenols,saponins,flavonoids,and alkaloids of the three plants all inhibited hyaluronidase and albumin degeneration to a certain extent,and were all weaker than controls.As the concentration increases papyrifera>Indigofera amblyantha>Sophora davidii.?5?The tannins,flavonoids,alkaloids,saponins,and alkaloids of the three plants have different degrees of inhibition on Staphyloccus aureus,Bacillus subtili,Escherichia coli.Among them,the alkaloid and flavonoid of Sophora davidii have a greater inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus,with the bacteriostatic diameters of 14.48 mm and 14.44 mm respectively;The flavonoidsextract?11.29 mm?and the tannin extract?11.17 mm?of Sophora davidii inhibited Bacillus subtili;Broussonetia papyrifera alkaloid?12.29 mm?,tannin?13.15 mm?,flavone of Sophora davidii?13.44 mm?,and flavonoids of Indigofera amblyantha?10.32 mm?have better inhibitory activity against Bacillus subtilis.?6?Through the comprehensive evaluation of the nutrient composition and secondary metabolites of the three plants through the membership function,the best utilization period of the three plants is the flowering period.
