Study On Farmers’ Comprehensive Utilization Behavior Of Straw In Guizhou Province

At the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the strategy of accelerating the reform of the ecological civilization system.As an important construction subject,the central committee of the communist of China has always placed it in a prominent position,and it has also been the focus of governments at all levels.China is a large country of grain production and straw output.Straw resources are rich,which has been stable at 800 million tons / year in recent 10 years.Crop straw is an important biomass resource with great utilization potential.However,with the improvement of farmers’ living standards and the improvement of energy structure,the straw resources themselves are scattered,large in volume and high in collection and transportation costs.Moreover,due to the immature technology,the comprehensive utilization level of straw resources is low,and the economic benefits are significantly different from the expected ones,resulting in a serious waste of a large number of straw resources.The environmental pollution caused by the waste and incineration of straw resources has seriously restricted the further development of modern agriculture in China.In the annual Central Document No.1and a number of planning and guiding opinions,the state has repeatedly mentioned improving the comprehensive utilization efficiency of agricultural wastes such as straw resources.Guizhou Province is a typical mountainous province with obvious threedimensional agricultural characteristics.The perennial crop planting area is about 4.5million Hm2 and the annual output of straw is about 15 million tons.However,for a long time,straw is still mainly used in the traditional extensive way,and the problem of comprehensive utilization of straw has not been fundamentally solved.Farmers are the main participants in the comprehensive utilization of straw.The comprehensive utilization of straw resources determines the process of green and high-quality agricultural development.Therefore,it is necessary to study the comprehensive utilization behavior of farmers’ straw resources in Guizhou Province.This study takes Guizhou Province,which is mainly characterized by mountains and hills,as the research object,calculates the straw resources and collectable straw resources of main crops in this province,and defines the main distribution,regional characteristics and utilization status of straw resources.According to the calculation results of straw resources,combined with regional geographical characteristics,economic level and agricultural development,Bijie,Zunyi,Guiyang,Tongren and southwest Guizhou were selected as the survey objects.Using the field survey data,the basic situation of the sample is described and statistically analyzed.Combined with the theoretical framework affecting farmers’ straw comprehensive utilization behavior,a logistic binary selection empirical model is established for empirical research.It also describes the straw utilization behavior of different farmers in Kaiyang County of Guiyang City,Anlong county of Southwest Guizhou,Wei ning County of Bijie City and evolutionary town of Fenggang county of Zunyi City,and analyzes the deep-seated reasons affecting farmers’ straw comprehensive utilization behavior.Finally,based on the above research conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)reduce costs,increase benefits and promote farmers’ comprehensive utilization of straw;(2)increase publicity,create an environment and reduce straw burning behavior;(3)pay attention to transportation,improve the system and support straw sales;(4)strengthen education,cultivate cognition and improve farmers’ basic cognitive level.
