Problems And Countermeasures On Comprehensive Utilization Of Crop Straw In Huanan County

Crop straw is an important biomass resource for development and utilization.Its comprehensive utilization is of great significance to stabilizing agricultural ecological balance,promoting farmers' production and income,and alleviating the pressure of energy and environment.Through on-the-spot investigation,interview of key information person and statistics collection of government,this paper analyzes the problem and reason of the comprehensive utilization of crop straw in Huanan county,puts forward operable strategies and advice and offering the theoretical guide and practical reference to the comprehensive utilization of straw crop in Huanan county.Through questionnaire survey,on-the-spot investigation,binary regression analysis,this paper surveys the annual output of crop straw and the degree and situation of the comprehensive utilization of crop straw in Huanan county and put forward the corresponding strategy and advice.Research shows that:(1)The total annual output of crop straw in Huanan county is about 194.43 tons.Synthetically taking advantage of straw fertilizer,fuel,fodder,material,base stock and raw material,tilization of straw by five methods.(2)The culture degree of farmers,the comprehensive training of the utilization of crop straw,the investigation of the burning of crop straw,the propaganda of the comprehensive utilization of crop straw in countries,the recycling enterprises nearby and subsidy policies affect a lot.Among them,the subsidy policy affects the most,however,cultural degree affects the least.(3)The problems of the comprehensive utilization of crop straw in Huanan County mainly lie on farmers' low enthusiasm towards the utilization of crop straw,the high cost of the storing and transporting of crop straw and technical bottleneck.(4)According to the influencing factors and existing problems,this paper believes that Huanan county should improve the financial support policy of straw resource utilization as soon as possible,speed up the crop straw collection and transportation system and project construction,increase the training intensity of straw comprehensive utilization,increase the investigation and investigation of straw burning,break through the common key technology of comprehensive utilization and make use of the organization and propaganda.
