| Urban plants are the basis and guarantee of urban landscaping.Plant diversity plays an indispensable role in improving urban and rural ecological landscape pattern and maintaining the balance of urban and rural ecological system.Plant diversity evaluation provides basis and guidance for the discovery of current problems,protection of plant diversity and ecological balance.Above Shanghang county plant as the research object,this paper adopts investigate on the spot and quadrat line transect method of combining the detailed investigation of shanghang county city,sums up the green space and the present condition of the plant,plant species diversity,plant landscape diversity,plant community diversity in three parts carries on the analysis and evaluation,and selection of appropriate evaluation index comprehensive evaluation by principal component analysis(PCA),and put forward a more targeted,reasonable effective protection measures.The research contents are as follows:(1)This study summarizes and analyzes systematically the plant investigation and the development of the diversity,carding the relevant concepts and theory,comparison research method in the investigation,evaluation objects,selection factors,evaluation methods and so on aspects of the similarities and differences,and the effect of urbanization on plant diversity is expounded,identified with investigate on the spot and detailed the quadrat sample line combination of plant investigation method,identified from three aspects,landscape plant species,community plant diversity evaluation,and to determine the evaluation method is given priority to with principal component analysis.(2)Based on the green space planning of Shanghang county,a systematic survey of plants in county-level areas was carried out to summarize the status quo of green space and plants from the perspectives of park green space(G1),protective green space(G2),square land(G3),ancillary green space(XG)and regional green space(EG).There are a total of 1185 species of vascular plants in 680 genera and 182 families in the county,and 137 quadrates in 49 sample plots are involved in 5 types of green space.(3)In terms of plant diversity evaluation,the characteristics of plant species diversity,plant landscape diversity and plant community diversity were sorted out.In the study of species diversity,it was found that species diversity,life-type species and native plant species were abundant and diverse.The floristic geographical components are varied and the tropical properties are obvious.In the study of landscape diversity,it was found that the main ornamental features were flower viewing,leaf viewing and shape viewing,and evergreen: deciduous leaves were about 5:4,which showed obvious seasonal characteristics of plants.Found in the study of community diversity: alpha diversity index,species richness index,Simpson index,Shannon wiener index trend is relatively consistent,beta diversity index,the overall trend of park green space,the square(G3)with little differences between affiliated green space(XG),protective green space(G2)and regional differences between the green space(EG)is small,square land(G3)and species composition differences between regional green space(EG)is most obvious.And,9 indicators from 3 levels of species,landscape and community diversity were selected for principal component analysis to determine 4 factors that ultimately affect plant diversity level.The evaluation results obtained YEG(1.3402)> YXG(1.0574)>YG3(1.0550)> YG2(0.9793)> YG3(0.7675),indicating that the regional green space(EG)had the most abundant plant diversity,while the square land(G3)had the lowest plant diversity.(4)The investigation and evaluation results have a scientific guiding significance for the plant diversity protection of Shanghang County.The existing problems involve planning and implementation,plant utilization,later maintenance and protection system,and protection from the aspects of plant species diversity,species diversity and landscape diversity.The results not only provide a scientific basis for the protection and utilization of biodiversity in Shanghang county,but also provide a corresponding supplement for the plant research in county level areas,and provide a reference for similar areas. |
