Urban Green Space System Planning Of Shanghang County Under The Concept Of Park City

With the continuous improvement of society and economy in our country,there’s a growing requirement for better urban living environment.As an important method to solve urban ecological problems,optimize urban green space pattern and improve people’s living environment,urban green space system fits the concept of "Park City",which expects to build a highly harmonious and unified urban form consists of landscape,lake,forest and city.Therefore,it is necessary to study the urban green space system planning under the concept of Park City.In this paper,the main data sources include the field survey data of green space in Shanghang County in 2018,the overall planning of Shanghang County,the Digital orthophoto map of shanghang county urban area and the topographic map of Shanghang County urban area.The planning based on Urban green space classification standard,Standard for planning of urban green space and other relevant national regulations of urban green space planning.By using methods like literature review,field investigation,case analysis and inductive analysis,the central city of Shanghang county has been chosen as an example under the concept of Park City,making comprehensive analysis and planning.The research results are summarized as follows:(1)On the basis of expounding the connotation and characteristics of Park City concept,this paper describes the connection between Park City concept and urban green space system planning,analyzes four influencing factors of urban green space layout "people,city,environment,industry" under the concept of Park City,determines the principle of green space system planning under the concept of Park City,summarizes the planning characteristics of the green space system under the Park City concept as“Ecology-Living-Production co-ordination,park-city integration,energizing the green land ”,thus determines the planning emphasis of urban green space system under the concept of Park City.(2)Five classic cases related to urban green space system planning were selected,and the characteristics of urban green space system planning were analyzed and summarized based on the cases introduction,so as to obtain some enlightenment of Park City concept on urban green space system planning: a.pay attention to the characteristics of Park City construction,and guide the urban construction with the new concept of "Park City" urban development.b.Multi-sectoral coordination should be emphasized in the planning methods.c.Take "Ecology First","People Oriented" and "Adapt to Local Conditions" as the guiding ideology.d.By attaches great importance to policy guidance,the government should ensure the quality of Park City Construction in the form of laws and government provisions.e.Ensure the quality of park construction,improve the park rest service function,and optimize the layout of urban green space.(3)This paper takes the green space system planning of Shanghang County as an example.After a detailed on-the-spot investigation of Shanghang County,utilizing the characteristics of the park city concept,the green ecological network system of Shanghang county is constructed,the green space system of the central urban area is expanded and upgraded,and the park city landscape of the central urban area of Shanghang is shaped.From a series of special planning,such as green space classification planning,tree species planning,ecological restoration planning,disaster prevention and risk avoidance green space planning,this paper explores the planning ideas of urban green space system under the concept of Park City with practical guiding significance.
