Blueberry is an important forest and fruit cash crop in China,but at the present stage,the cultivation and management of blueberry is extensive,which generally ignores the law of water and fertilizer demand for blueberry growth and development,and the phenomenon of excessive irrigation and excessive fertilization,resulting in serious waste of water and fertilizer resources,and affecting the yield and quality of blueberry.In this paper,the greenhouse blueberry as the research object,the greenhouse blueberry irrigation model and greenhouse blueberry fertilization model were systematically studied,and an intelligent water and fertilizer integration system for greenhouse blueberry was designed.The system can monitor the dynamic changes of water and fertilizer in the greenhouse and extract blueberry greenhouse information.Monitoring information,greenhouse blueberry irrigation model,greenhouse blueberry fertilization model and control algorithm were used to identify and make decisions,realizing intelligent and precise irrigation and fertilization of greenhouse blueberry,greatly saving water and fertilizer resources,and improving the output and quality of greenhouse blueberry.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Research on evaporation model of intelligent integrated water-fertilizer system for greenhouse blueberry.In view of the lack of existing greenhouse blueberry irrigation models,the decision-making of greenhouse blueberry irrigation amount lacks scientific guidance.Based on Penman-Monteith model,this paper deduced three greenhouse blueberry evapotranspiration models based on environmental information of blueberry greenhouse as the basis of irrigation,and modified and tested the models through experiments.The optimal model was used as the greenhouse blueberry irrigation model to guide the subsequent greenhouse blueberry irrigation.(2)Research on fertilization model of intelligent integrated water-fertilizer system for greenhouse blueberry.In view of the lack of greenhouse blueberry fertilization model,excessive fertilization leads to serious waste of fertilizer and environmental pollution,the"3414"experiment and three factors and five levels orthogonal rotation experiment were designed to study the change rule of greenhouse blueberry yield and different fertilization conditions,and establish the greenhouse blueberry yield and nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium fertilizer mathematical model.Through testing the accuracy of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilization models,the best model was selected as the greenhouse blueberry fertilization model in Jiaodong area to guide the greenhouse blueberry fertilization,and the best fertilization ratio of blueberry in jiaodong area greenhouse was obtained:nitrogen 125.4kg/hm~2,phosphorus 72.5kg/hm~2,potassium 117.7kg/hm~2.(3)Design and development of intelligent water and fertilizer integrated system.Existing fertigation low degree of intelligence,the lack of agricultural environment monitoring system,such problems as lack of scientific irrigation fertilization strategy and algorithm,this paper designed and developed the blueberry intelligent greenhouse cucumber in system,including environmental information collection subsystem,fertigation subsystem,control center,and environmental control equipment hardware selection,The control algorithm and strategy of water and fertilizer integration system and the software design of water and fertilizer integration system are three parts.The developed system can monitor the greenhouse data in real time,automatically adjust the model and fuzzy PID control algorithm,and accurately realize the intelligent control of irrigation,fertilization and greenhouse parameters regulation.(4)Intelligent water and fertilizer integrated system of greenhouse blueberry and its test verification and analysis.According to the field scene of blueberry greenhouse,the overall installation and operation of the system is realized,and the comparative experiment is designed.The comparative experiment under the same conditions is carried out based on the existing planting mode of blueberry in greenhouse.The water-saving,fertilizer-saving,yield-increasing and labor-reducing performance of the intelligent water-fertilizer integrated system for blueberry in greenhouse are tested.Through field inspection,the system can save 37.6%~39.8%water and 22.4%~24.6%fertilizer for blueberry in greenhouse.Increase production by 10.6%~15.1%,and save labor greatly.
