The fresh water resources of agricultural irrigation in China are scarce and chemical fertilizer pollution is becoming more and more serious.The traditional method of irrigating and fertilization in orchard cannot meet the requirements of sustainable development of orchard.The promotion and popularization of water-fertilizer integration technology is an inevitable trend to achieve synchronized management and efficient use of water-fertilizer in orchards."Fruit trees on the hills and beaches,not to compete with grain,cotton and oil land" is the basic principle of China’s orchard construction,as the orchard is affected by the topography of the hillside,hills and river banks,the planting area of fruit trees are usually divided into multiple different water-fertilizer requirements,different sizes and disconnected to the partition,only control a large water-fertilizer integrated machine cannot be fine water-fertilizer management of multiple partitions of the orchard.Therefore,this paper combines orchard water-fertilizer management with distributed,and designs a distributed water-fertilizer integration system consisting of environmental monitoring equipment,system server side and light and simple water-fertilizer integration machine.without increasing the cost of investment,compared with the purchase of a large water-fertilizer machine,distributed water-fertilizer integration system can help users make scientific irrigation and fertilization decisions based on the environmental information data collected by the environmental monitoring equipment,without increasing the cost of investment,and then realize precise irrigation and fertilization for each orchard partition through flexible deployment and efficient control of multiple low-cost,high-precision,light and simple water-fertilizer machines,light and simple water-fertilizer integration system without increasing the cost investment.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Environmental monitoring equipment deployment and system server-side designIn order to monitor multiple ecological environmental data in orchards in real time and accurately,this paper develops an environmental monitoring device integrating air temperature and humidity,soil temperature and humidity and light intensity sensors,which can collect environmental information data in orchards in real time using multiple intelligent sensors,upload the information data to the Io T cloud platform through wireless network,and then optimize the deployment scheme of the environmental monitoring device by combining the clustering analysis algorithm and inverse distance weighting algorithm.In addition,in order to visualize the environmental information data collected by the environmental monitoring equipment and to facilitate user control of the distributed water-fertilizer integration system,this paper designs a distributed water-fertilizer integration system server side.(2)Light and simple water-fertilizer integrated machine design and implementationIn response to the demand for low cost,high accuracy and high flexibility of distributed water-fertilizer integration system,a light and simple water-fertilizer integrated machine has been developed to accompany it.In order to ensure the accuracy and uniformity of fertilizer injection,the light and simple water-fertilizer integrated machine is based on PID control algorithm,which can regulate the fertilizer flow rate in real time according to the standard water-fertilizer ratio and dynamic water flow rate,and optimize the irrigation and fertilization control model of the light and simple water-fertilizer integrated machine by compensating the measurement error of the flow sensor and establishing the function model between fertilizer flow rate and duty cycle.Through the test verification,the fertilizer injection error of this light and simple water-fertilizer integration machine can be controlled within 3%.(3)Distributed water-fertilizer integration system implementation and testingFor the actual garden irrigation network,the overall implementation of the distributed water-fertilizer integration system is combined with the environmental monitoring equipment,the system server side and the light and simple water-fertilizer integration machine,and several related experiments are designed to verify the overall performance of the distributed waterfertilizer integration system.From the experimental verification results,it can be concluded that this system can irrigate and fertilize each partition of the orchard with different water-fertilizer demand simultaneously through flexible deployment and efficient control of multiple light and simple water-fertilizer integration machines,and has better fertilizer injection accuracy,uniformity and shorter irrigation and fertilization time.
