Blueberry is a kind of fruit with extremely high nutritional value.The anthocyanin and fruit acid contained in the fruit have strong medicinal value and nutritional and health care functions.With the growing awareness of health and wellness,blueberries are in increasing demand.Plant factories with artificial light have the advantage of reducing the labor force and improving plant quality and yield.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the effect of LED light on the growth and development of blueberry tissue culture seedlings.In this experiment,the blueberry tissue culture seedling was selected as the test material.Based on the significant influence of LED light on the growth and development of blueberry tissue culture seedlings,the effects of alternating red and blue light irradiation,light quality,and photoperiod on the growth morphological indicators of blueberry tissue culture seedlings,physiological indicators,leaf stomata and stem microstructure of blueberry tissue culture seedlings were explored.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The effects of different red and blue light alternating irradiation on the growth and development of blueberry tissue culture seedlings were studied.There are six treatments of red and blue light alternating irradiation:12 hours of red light(T1),12 hours of blue light(T2),3 hours of red light and 9 hours of blue light alternately(T3),6 hours of red light and 6 hours of blue light alternately(T4),9 hours of red light and 3 hours of blue light alternately(T5),3 hours of red light and 3 hours of blue light alternately twice(T6).Compared with monochromatic light irradiation,the results showed that the growth condition of blueberry tissue culture seedlings treated with T3 was the best.Compared with the monochromatic light irradiation,the leaf length,leaf width and stem diameter of T3 treatment all reached the maximum value,the photosynthetic pigment index showed obvious accumulation,and the chlorophyll and carotenoid reached the maximum value.In addition,compared with monochromatic light irradiation,the indicators such as fresh weight,dry weight,anthocyanin,and free proline of blueberry tissue culture seedlings were improved to a certain extent.On the whole,compared with monochromatic light irradiation,the alternating red and blue light irradiation has been significantly improved,and the T3 improvement was more obvious.(2)The effects of different light qualities on the growth and development of blueberry tissue culture seedlings were studied.Compared with the CK treatment,the results showed that a certain proportion of blue-red light quality could improve the growth and development of blueberry tissue culture seedlings,and the growth condition of blueberry tissue culture seedlings treated with 1B2 R was the best.Compared with the CK treatment,the stem length,stem diameter,and fresh weight of the 1B2 R treatment reached the maximum value,the photosynthetic pigment and antioxidant enzyme activity indicators were significantly improved,and the chlorophyll and carotenoid reached maximum value.In addition,compared with the CK treatment,the indicators of blueberry tissue culture seedlings,such as leaves,anthocyanins,and soluble sugar,were improved to a certain extent.On the whole,the blueberry tissue culture seedlings under the 1B2 R treatment developed better than other treatments.(3)The effect of photoperiod on the growth and development of blueberry tissue culture seedlings was studied.The results show that prolonging the photoperiod is beneficial to the growth and development of blueberry tissue culture seedlings,and the growth condition of blueberry tissue culture seedlings treated for 18 h is the best.Compared with other treatments,the leaf number,stem length,stem diameter,and fresh weight of the 18 h treatment reached the maximum value,and the anthocyanin,soluble protein content,and POD enzyme activity of the 18 h treatment were significantly improved.On the whole,18 h treatment can be used as the best light time for the growth and development of blueberry tissue culture seedlings.
