This paper based on the special status of forestry listed enterprises and the background of universal attention to forestry enterprise reform,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the competitiveness of forestry listed enterprises from the perspective of social responsibility and media attention by clarifying the impact of social responsibility of forestry listed enterprises on enterprise competitiveness and the regulatory mechanism of media attention of media attention.Provide a new perspective for improving the comprehensive competitiveness of forest-listed enterprises.According to the idea of raising problems-analyzing problems-solving problems,on the basis of defining the concepts of forestry enterprises,forestry listed enterprises,enterprise competitiveness,corporate social responsibility,forestry listed enterprises social responsibility,and media attention,we use stakeholder theory,information asymmetry theory,reputation theory,and principal agency theory.Theoretically analyse the influence mechanism of social responsibility on the competitiveness of forestry listed enterprises and the way for the media to play a regulatory role.The impact of the social responsibility of different stakeholders on the competitiveness of forestry listed enterprises is studied.At the same time,forestry listed enterprises are divided into three categories and explored according to different categories.Based on the theoretical research,it is proposed to take 30 data of listed forestry enterprises from 2015 to 2019 as a sample,combined with empirical analysis,and find out which stakeholders are easier to attract the media according to the relationship between the performance of social responsibility of different major stakeholders and media attention,and then help Help listed forestry enterprises adjust the degree of investment in fulfilling social responsibilities of different stakeholders.In addition,according to the specific classification of forestry listed enterprises,for different types of forestry listed enterprises,find out the relationship between media attention and the competitiveness of forestry listed enterprises,and help forestry listed enterprises with different business directions find a way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises from the perspective of media attention,so as to obtain that it can be used to improve forestry.Countermeasures for the competitiveness of listed enterprises.
