Pinellia ternate(Thunb.)Breit.belongs to Araceae herb,whose dry bulb can be used as medicine.P.ternata has the function of resolving phlegm,stopping vomiting and dispersing nodules,which is a common traditional Chinese medicine.With the increasing demand,the scale of artificial cultivation of P.ternata is expanding.At present,Gansu and Hubei Province are the main supply areas of P.ternata,while Hubei Province is the main production area of P.ternata.Continuous cropping obstacle of P.ternata in Gansu production area is very serious,and P.ternata can be planted in the same plot again at least 6 years later.P.ternata planting in Hubei mainly adopts the mode of sowing once and harvesting many times each year.Because of blind pursuit of high-density planting and yield,the continuous cropping obstacle of P.ternata in Hubei has become increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the technology of reducing or alleviating the continuous cropping obstacle of P.ternata to standardize the production and ensure the quality of it.In this paper,pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different treatment on growing and developing,disease incidence,yield and other aspects of P.ternata,and systematically evaluate the effect of continuous cropping in P.ternata.At the same time,the alleviating effect of different biological agents on continuous cropping obstacle of P.ternata was studied based on orthogonal design method providing theoretical guidance for high-quality,high-yielding and high-return of P.ternata.The results of the study are as follows:1 After 7 years of continuous cropping,the activities of phosphatase and urease extracted from soil were lower than that in new soil,soil-borne diseases were more serious,the relative growth rate of P.ternata was significantly lower than those of P.ternata planted in new soil.After 7 years of continuous cropping,the yield and quality of P.ternata decreased,root activity and leaf pigment content also decreased.Among them,the incidence of the inverted seedling of P.ternata in the treatment of 16consecutive cropping for 7 years increased by 21.4%and the economic yield decreased by 16.4%compared with that in the treatment of 1(A1B1C1D1).The soil urease and phosphatase activities in treatment 13 consecutive cropping 7 years decreased by 16.7%and 31.0%respectively,and the water-soluble extract of P.ternata decreased by 11.48%compared with treatment 1.2 Tu ding song could increase the content of carotenoid and soil urease activity in leaves of P.ternata,and significantly increase the content of water-soluble extract and succinic acid.The application rate of Tu ding song in treatment 11 was 0.78g/kg,and the contents of carotenoid,water-soluble extract and succinic acid in the overseeding stage of P.ternata were 29.4%,22.6%and 10.5%higher than those in treatment 1,respectively,and soil urease activity was 216.7%higher than those in treatment 1.3 Trichoderma harziana could significantly increase soil phosphatase activity and reduce the incidence of bacterial blight of P.ternata.When the application rate of Trichoderma harziana in treatment 9 was 0.007g/kg,and the incidence of P.ternata bacterial blight was also reduced by 35.7%compared to treatment 1,and the soil phosphatase activity was 255.5%higher than treatment 1.4 Wood vinegar can increase the total chlorophyll content and root activity of P.ternata,and increase the relative growth rate,crop biological rate and net assimilation rate.The application amount of Wood vinegar in treatment 5 was 3ml/L,and the total chlorophyll content and root activity in the inverted seedling stage of P.ternata were20.5%and 47.6%higher than in treatment 1,respectively.5 The application of the three biological agents increased the pigment content in leaves,improved the activity of root system and soil enzyme,reduced soil-borne pathogens,and improved the yield and quality of P.ternata.Treatment 3(A1B3C3D3)of new soil planting had higher yield and quality of P.ternata.The application amount of Tu ding song,Trichoderma harziana and wood vinegar was 0.78g/kg,0.007g/kg and3 m L/L,respectively.Compared with treatment 1,treatment 3 significantly reduced bacterial blight by 48.6%,increased biological yield by 30.7%and economic yield by26.4%.In treatment 14(A4B2C3D1),the growth and development of P.ternata was good in 7 years of continuous cropping.The incidence rate of the downseeding stage was14.8%.Compared with treatment 16,treatment 14 reduced the morbidity of inverted seedling stage by 26.5%,and biological yield and economic yield increased by 18.5%and 17.0%respectively.
