Pinellia ternata(Thunb.) breit.is a perennial and medicinal herb plants,which suitable to grow in the shade.It distributes in almost provinces except for remote northwestern areas.The cropping obstacles of thumb seriously affected the yield and crop rotation ages, especially in a limited artificial cultivation.Rotation interval years more than five years seriously the value of Pinellia ternata and local economic benefits.In order to explore the cropping obstacles affection of Pinellia ternate, we compared the difference of different rotation years of Pinellia ternate.The land used for planting Pinellia ternata within 1, 2 and 4 years were selected in this experiment.Several methods were also used to remove the cropping obstacles, such as soil fumigation, disinfection stem species, biological fertilizer and shading.Finally, we gave the evaluation of different treatments through the determination of Pinellia ternata yield and quality, and then obtained the following conclusions:(1)The results of continuous cropping and rotation of Pinellia ternate showed that the middle lobular area, plant height and plant density of continuous cropping were significantly lower than rotation in 4 years in June.The sample stem diameter was similar with the rotation samples.However, dropping seedling rate were significantly higher than different years rotation samples.In the beginning of July, the chlorophyll a and b content of continuous cropping samples were significantly lower than rotation samples.It decreased 49.79%, 47.15%, compared to the 4-year rotation.There was no difference in leaf carotenoid content between them.The ground fresh weight, kernel weight, fresh weight yield and the fresh weight of different sizes and tubers of 4-year rotation were higher than 2-year rotation, and higher than 1-year continuous cropping.Cropping obstacles decreased the active ingredients.The sugar content, soluble sugar content, protein content and acid content of continuous cropping were lower than the rings samples.The soluble sugar and alkaloid content was significantly lower than for 4-year rotation, and it was no difference with 2-year rotation.The succinic guanosine content of continuous cropping decreased 23.79%, 10.21% compared to 4-year rotation.(2)In the rhizosphere soil microb analysis of Pinellia ternataplanted by different ways results show that,after the continuous cropping, the number of fungi in the soil increased4.26 times.The number of bacterial communities in the soil of the Pinellia ternatacontinuous cropping decreased by 76.35% thanthat of 4-year rotation, and decreased by 58.68% than 2-year rotation.The number of actinomycetes continuous cropping soil was 46.08% less than that of the 4-year rotation, and there was no significant difference with the 2-year rotation soil.The number of fungi in soil increased and the number of bacteria decreased, which was one of the main reasons for the frequent occurrence of pests and diseases on Pinelliatubers.(3)The Effects of different treatments on the continuous cropping obstacle effect of continuous cropping with 2-year rotationshows.The results that individual treatment of soil disinfection(A1) or tubers disinfection(A2) is not ideal, with no significant difference from the control.And at the same time processing with combined, production and density is much better than single treatment : When after disinfecting planting soil, and disinfectthe Pinelliatubers,and in addition to topdressing anti-cropping bio-fertilizer, the height,density and leaf area of Pinellia ternata were significantly higher than the control and A1, A2:When shading combined with the A4 treatment(as A5treatment),except for stem diameter, height,density,leaf area and yield of pinellia tuber were higher than other treatments.The yield of A5 was 66.88% higher than that of the control, and was 13.88% higher than treatment of A4.Five groups of different processing of pinellia tuber there was some difference of effective composition content.Among them, the A4, A5 treatment has significant difference with control, and higher than that of A1, A2, A3.The content of alkaloid in A5 treated tubers was 4.52% lower than that of A4, and the contents of reducing sugar, soluble protein and succinate acid were significantly higher than that of A4 treatment,And the content of succinate acid was 5.44% higher than that of A4 treatment.The results showed that the effect of single treatment of soil disinfection or tubers disinfection on mitigating the continuous cropping obstacle effect was not ideal.Only using unti-biological fertilizer as base fertilizer, and and in the late combined with shading,and it acts on the mitigation of continuous cropping obstacle on Pinellia ternata.
