Smart agriculture is the important direction of agricultural development.With the continuous integration of agriculture with big data,Internet of Things,artificial intelligence and other technologies,unmanned farms are booming,and the forms of smart agriculture are increasingly diversified.Taking the rapeseed unmanned operation as the research object,combined with the rape seed flow monitoring sensor,sowing monitoring signal transceiver,unmanned navigation crawler rapeseed planter and other devices developed by the research group,this paper designed and developed the rapeseed unmanned sowing monitoring-control-management cloud platform.It can effectively monitor,control and manage rape production equipment,realizes the unmanned,information and visualization of rapeseed sowing process,and lays a foundation for the realization of rape sowing smart cloud platform.The specific research work is as follows:(1)This paper designed and developed the rapeseed unmanned seeding monitoring-control-management cloud platform database,which realized the remote transmission and storage of user information,rape seeding monitoring data,planter monitoring data and path planning data.In addition,the rapeseed sowing information table was designed,including the total sowing amount of 12 channels,the sowing frequency of 12 channels,the longitude and latitude coordinates of sowing position,sowing time and other information.User information table,path information table and agricultural machinery information table were also designed to store other data.My SQL database was improved and deployed on the cloud platform to realize multiterminal high concurrency operation database.(2)The web page of rapeseed unmanned sowing monitoring-control-management cloud platform was designed and developed to realize human-computer interaction and visual display of data.The user registration and login module was designed to realize the functions of user identification and authority verification;Furthermore,this paper also designed a sowing path planning module based on the reconstructed map and the full coverage sowing path planning algorithm.The module automatically plans the round-trip sowing path according to the irregular quadrilateral field boundary selected by the user;In addition,this paper designed a real-time control module based on Web Socket communication protocol,which realizes the low delay remote control of the crawler rape planter forward,backward,turn left in place,turn right in place,start,brake,slow down,accelerate,start sowing,stop sowing,one key application navigation and so on;The sowing monitoring module was designed based on Highcharts diagram and reconstructed map,which realizes the monitoring,storage and visual display of rapeseed sowing total amount,sowing frequency,planter speed,heading angle,lateral deviation,sowing track and other data;It also designed a history query module to realize the function that users can use mobile phones to query historical sowing data anytime and anywhere and trace back the sowing process.(3)This paper designed and developed the rapeseed unmanned sowing monitoring-control-management cloud platform server.As the service site of web page and planter,it provides support and guarantee services such as data collection,processing,forwarding and request response for the whole cloud platform.The user registration and login module was designed to collect user registration information,verify user login information,authority information and so on;The path planning module was designed to realize the collection,classification,storage and transmission of various types of path points in the two modes of click path and planned path;The real-time control module was designed to store and maintain each Web Socket connection according to Id,and forward each control signal according to to User Id with low delay and high reliability;The sowing monitoring module was designed to collect,format and forward the sowing monitoring and agricultural machinery monitoring data every 0.4 seconds according to to User Id;The history query module was designed to format the time information transmitted from the web page,query the corresponding data of the database,convert it into a general format and return it to the web page for display.(4)This paper carried out a number of tests such as unit test of each module of rapeseed unmanned sowing monitoring-control-management cloud platform,road joint test and relevant performance test.The unit test results show that the function use and display effect of each function module are normal on a variety of browsers.The results of road joint test show that the cloud platform realizes the unmanned,information and visual monitoring of sowing related indicators in the whole process of planter from delivery,sowing operation to storage.The relevant performance test results show that the response time of network request is between 305 millisecond and 780 millisecond,the transmission delay of control signal is between 54 millisecond and 94 millisecond,the transmission accuracy is 100%,and the transmission change rate is 0%.
