Evaluation Of Utilization Value And Analysis Of Diversity Of Caryopteris Mongolica From Different Provenances

In this thesis,the grey relational grade method was applied to Inner Mongolia 10provenances: Alxa Left Banner(Az),Xilingol League East Su Banner(Ds),Xilingol League West Su Banner(XS),Hohhot new urban district(HT),Xilingol League Erenhot(El),Ordos City Otog Banner(Ek),Hulunbuir New Barag Right Banner(Xy),Ordos City Zhungeer banner(Zg),Ulanqab Liangcheng County(LC),Baotou Tumed Right Banner(TY),Two provenances in Shaanxi Province: Yulin city(SM),Yulin Jingbian County(JB),One provenance in Ningxia Autonomous Region: Yongning County,Yinchuan City(YN).The feeding value and ornamental value of 13 provenances of Caryopteris Mongolica were evaluated.The correlation between environmental factors and feeding value and ornamental value of Caryopteris Mongolica was analyzed.The results of the thesis are as follows:(1)The feeding value of Caryopteris Mongolica was analyzed in three phenological periods,the contents of crude fat and crude protein were the highest in full flowering period,the contents of crude ash,crude fiber,acid washing fiber,neutral washing fiber and dry matter were the highest in defoliation period RFV was the highest at leaf expansion stage.The change degree of feeding value index in different phenological period is: Crude protein content 9.86%-13.44%,crude fat content 2.9%-5.23%,crude fiber content13.98%-19.21%,crude ash content 2.92%-5.84%,neutral washing fiber 19.14%-47.19%,acid washing fiber 9.03%-25.99%,dry matter content 49.32%-74.26%,RFV value range 86.04-185.8.(2)The crude protein content of Caryopteris Mongolica was the highest,the average content was 12.64%,8 provenances reached the first grade standard,the others reached the second grade standard.According to the evaluation standard of the woody feed RFV,Caryopteris Mongolica could be evaluated as the high quality woody feed,in conclusion,Caryopteris Mongolica has the highest feeding value and is most suitable for feed processing or cutting.(3)The feeding values of the 13 provenances were Az > Ek > Jb > Yn > LC > Zg >SM > XS > HT > El > TY > Ds > Xy.The feeding values of the 13 Alxa Left Banner were the highest,cluster analysis showed that Az,Ek,JB and Yn were one kind of provenances.These four provenances were suitable for introduction and cultivation of Caryopteris Mongolica.(4)For the evaluation of the ornamental value of Caryopteris Mongolica,the comprehensive ornamental score of 4.2316 & GT;4 is calculated by the analytic hierarchy process,which shows that the landscape plant of Caryopteris Mongolica is of grade I,with high ornamental value and applied value,it is suggested to be widely used as landscape plants.(5)According to the evaluation of the ornamental value of Mongolian Caryopteris,the ornamental value of the 13 provenances were DS > XS > Ty > Ek > Yn > JB > El >HT > Zg > Sm > Az > Lc > Xy,cluster analysis showed that DS,TY,XS and Ek were one kind.These four provenances were suitable for introduction and planting of Caryopteris Mongolica from the view of ornamental value.(6)The correlation analysis between feeding value and environmental factors of Caryopteris Mongolica shows that longitude,latitude,annual mean temperature,annual range of temperature and seasonal difference of temperature are the main environmental factors affecting feeding value of Caryopteris Mongolica,the longitude,latitude,annual range of temperature and seasonal difference of temperature were negatively correlated with feeding value,and the annual average temperature was positively correlated with feeding value,in view of feeding value,the provenances should be planted in areas with lower longitude and latitude,smaller annual temperature range,little seasonal difference in temperature and larger annual average temperature.(7)The correlation analysis between ornamental value and environmental factors of Mongolian caryopteris shows that latitude and annual average temperature are the main environmental factors which have an effect on ornamental value of Mongolian Caryopteris,and the latitude has a positive correlation with ornamental value,and the annual average temperature has a negative correlation with ornamental value,in view of ornamental value,the provenances should be planted in areas with higher longitude and latitude and lower average annual temperature.
