As a kind of small dry deciduous shrub,Caryopteris mongholica has high ornamental,ecological and medicinal value,and has a very broad prospect of development and utilization.Although the distribution area of Caryopteris mongholica is relatively wide,its distribution range is gradually narrowing due to the influence of natural and human factors.As a third level national rare species,Caryopteris mongholica has been included in the list of rare and endangered plants(?)in China,which is in urgent need of protection.For the endangered species,Caryopteris mongholica,its growth particularity affects the seed maturity and picking,so it is not realistic to only use seed reproduction to expand and restore the population.It is of great significance for the conservation of germplasm resources and the expansion and restoration of population to accelerate the establishment of cuttage,tissue culture and rapid propagation system.In this paper,the rapid propagation of cutting and tissue culture were studied.The main results are as follows:(1)Different hormones have significant effect on the rooting of Caryopteris mongholica NAA 200mg/L treatment for 1H was the best hormone treatment for Cutting propagation.(2)Substrate is one of the main factors that affect the rooting of cutting.The ratio of substrate is arable soil:pearlite=1:1,the growth of Caryopteris mongholica is good,the rooting rate is 87.78%,the average root length is 1.88 cm,the average root number is 6.33.(3)The rooting effect of cuttings was different with different age of cuttings.The rooting date of one year old cuttings was about 5 days earlier than that of two year old cuttings under the same condition.The rooting rate is 84%,the number of rooting is 29.5,and the average root length is 2.1cm.Therefore,the annual branch should be selected for cutting.(4)The rooting effect is different with different cutting time.The rooting rate was 87.76%,the number of rooting was 6.1 and the average root length was 2.2 cm.(5)The best way of tissue culture is to induce axillary buds from stem.Among them,the best way to disinfect the axillary buds of Caryopteris mongholica Bunge is to disinfect with 2%sodium hypochlorite solution for 16 minutes,at this time,theinfection rate of the stem segment is 25%,and the survival rate is 63.3%;the best medium to induce the axillary buds of Caryopteris mongholica Bunge is MS medium;the best hormone ratio to induce the axillary buds of Caryopteris mongholica Bunge is 6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.3mg/l,the rate of axillary bud induction was 92.6%;the best hormone ratio of axillary bud proliferation was 6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.4mg/L.(6)Among the adventitious buds induced by leaves,MS medium was the best,6-BA1.0mg/L+IBA0.4mg/L0.3mg/1 was the best,80%of adventitious buds were induced,and 6-BA1.0mg/I+IBA00.3mg/I+GA30.2mg/I was the best.(7)The best medium for callus induction was MS medium,and the best hormone ratio was 6-BA 1.0mg/I+2,4-D 0.6mg/I.6-BA 1.5mg/I+NAA 0.6mg/l was the best treatment for callus growth.The most suitable ratio of hormone for callus differentiation and culture of Mongolia is MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.6 mg/L.(8)The best medium for rooting was 1/2Ms+0.5mg/LNAA,and the rooting ratio was 80%.
