| Caragana is not only an important shrub species for maintaining water and soil, sand fixation, afforestation, restoring ecosystem functions, and maintaining ecological balance in my country, but also a high-quality shrub-like forage raw material.Animals are difficult to digest and utilize, resulting in low feed digestibility. At present, silage can be used to improve the palatability and digestibility of Caragana so as to improve the utilization rate of Caragana.Due to the high crude protein content and high buffering energy of Caragana sticks,it is not easy to succeed in silage alone and the effect is poor. Therefore, the change rules of nutrients and microbial flora in the process of silage of Caragana sticks were explored, and the dominant strains were excavated to improve the success rate of single silage of Caragana sticks, and further improve the utilization rate of Caragana sticks. In this experiment, the sensory evaluation, silage quality, nutrients and microbial diversity were carried out on the silage of 0d,10 d,20d,30 d,40d and 50 d,and the dominant bacteria in the process of silage were screened. The utilization of strips and the preparation of silage provide theoretical and technical support. The results of the study are as follows:(1)Through the sensory evaluation, fermentation quality and nutrient composition testing of the silage samples at each stage,it was found that the silage samples at each stage were rated as good or above, and the lactic acid content increased with the prolongation of silage time, and stabilized in the later stage, and the loss of nutrients was small.,indicating good fermentation.(2)Through the detection of microbial diversity of samples at various stages of silage,it can be seen from the composition of the community that the dominant bacterial flora after silage are Proteobacteria,Firmicutes,Kosakonia,Pediococcus, the dominant fungal flora is Ascomycota,Mucoromycota,Nakaseomyces, and Monographella.(3)Pediococcus was positively correlated with WSC and negatively correlated with pH.Kosakonia was positively correlated with the WSC content of silage at 10 d and 20 d.Monographella was positively correlated with p H and CP content at 0d of silage,Cercospora,Lssatchenkia,Cladosporium were positively correlated with WSC at 10 d of silage.Alternaria was positively correlated with the CL of 20 d,30 d and 40 d of silage. |
