| Gaoyou City of Yangzhou,Jiangsu Province is a traditional aquaculture land,and has formed a pattern of traditional four master fish and special aquaculture parallel,aquaculture for Gaoyou farmers to get rich and increase income has made a great contribution.However,the aquaculture industry has some problems,such as small size,low technology content and weak anti-risk capability of business model.By investigating the current situation of this region and referring to the methods of other advanced regions,this study aims to propose feasible paths for aquaculture industry in this region from seedling breeding at the front end of the industrial chain,high-efficiency and low-cost breeding at the middle end,and fine processing at the back end,and seek breakthroughs in business model,scientific and technological research and development,informatization,cooperation,low-carbon and green breeding and other directions.In a view of the special position of Gaoyou aquaculture industry,based on the market environment of aquaculture industry in the new development stage,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of aquaculture industry in Gaoyou City.Under the guidance of product industry chain theory,the transaction cost theory,and sustainable development theory,this paper uses field investigation method,literature method and case analysis method to analyze the development status of aquaculture industry in Gaoyou City,including the rise of the industry,development path,existing aquatic product structure,policy objectives,aquaculture characteristics,etc.,and summarizes its achievements combined with the actual situation of the industry development.At the same time,the measures and experiences of the development of aquaculture industry in Gaoyou City are described in detail,and problems are found through typical cases.The results show that:(1)At present,the aquaculture industry in Gaoyou City mainly faces the problems of imperfect product structure,small farmer management,insufficient leading enterprises,insufficient investment in scientific research and technology.(2)Combining with the experience of aquaculture in advanced areas,the development of aquaculture industry in Gaoyou City should be innovated in product structure and management mode.(3)In order to promote the healthy development of aquaculture industry in Gaoyou City,the structure of aquatic products should be further optimized,and the strategy of coordinated development should be adopted in the management mode.This paper pointed out that in the specific approach,we should promote the structural innovation of aquatic products and improve the added value of products;Integrate scattered small farmers to enhance the cohesion of aquaculture industry resources;Give play to the leading and exemplary role of leading enterprises and expand the aquaculture industry chain;Strengthen technological innovation and application,and provide assistance for the transformation and upgrading of aquaculture industry in terms of R&D investment,achievement transformation,talent construction. |
