Study On The Participation Of Shanghai Aquaculture Professional Cooperatives In Rural Industrial Integration

The integration of rural industries plays an important role in the establishment of modern agricultural system,the cultivation of new industries,new business forms and new models in rural areas,and the increase of farmers’ income.At present,China’s economic,political and social development has entered a new period,and the development potential and space of rural agriculture need to be explored urgently.The new era brings new changes,and new changes bring new problems.It is particularly important to transform the rural economic form,agricultural development mode and the channels for increasing farmers’ income.Therefore,we should fully tap the potential of agriculture itself,broaden the path of the integration of agriculture and the secondary and tertiary industries,in order to achieve the prosperity of rural economy,the high efficiency of agricultural production and the increase of farmers’ income.We will promote the integrated development of rural industries and cultivate new agricultural operators such as farmers’ cooperatives.The large-scale operation of farmers’ cooperatives is the main body for realizing modern agriculture and plays an important role in the integration of rural industries.Farmers’ cooperatives are the link connecting the disadvantaged farmers with the competitive market.They take into account the roles of production and service at the same time,integrate individual farmers into the organization of the new agricultural management subject,and have the unique function of serving farmers and connecting farmers.Farmers’ cooperatives organize individual farmers to cooperate in production,allowing them to have lower production costs and convenient services,and effectively fill the shortage of individual farmers’ operational capacity.At present,the number of specialized farmer cooperatives has increased,but the integrated development of rural industry in China is still relatively immature compared with the developed countries abroad.In order to promote the integrated development of rural industries,the central and local governments have issued relevant documents and proposed measures such as encouraging the cultivation of specialized farmers’ cooperatives.After combing domestic and foreign literature,it is found that domestic and foreign scholars have carried out in-depth studies on farmers’ specialized cooperatives,but the researches on aquaculture specialized cooperatives are mostly in the aspect of breeding technology,less from the perspective of industrial integration.As a cooperative of large-scale aquaculture production of aquatic products,it is the key role in the integration of rural industries.In order to ensure the smooth sales channels of aquatic products,the healthy and sustainable development of aquaculture industry and the steady and sustained increase of income of aquaculture operators,it is necessary to study how to promote the participation of specialized aquaculture cooperatives in rural industrial integration.Fusion based on aquaculture professional cooperatives in rural industry as the main research content,through defining the concept of the aquaculture professional cooperatives,on the basis of the theory of industrial convergence theory,industrial chain and industrial organization theory,first of all,through on-the-spot investigation,the method of nine in Shanghai aquaculture core has carried on the questionnaire survey,Taking the principals or management managers of 492 specialized aquaculture cooperatives in Shanghai as research objects,this paper analyzes the current situation and mode of Shanghai specialized aquaculture cooperatives’ participation in rural industry integration development.Secondly,using binary Logistic regression model,three theoretical hypotheses were put forward,including 14 influencing factors,and the significant factors influencing the participation of aquaculture professional cooperatives in rural industrial integration were analyzed.The study found that the establishment years of the cooperatives,the educational level of the operators,the scale of cooperative breeding production,the demonstration level of the cooperatives,the presence of aquatic product brands,the participation of agricultural insurance and the availability of financial loans had no significant effects on the willingness of the specialized aquaculture cooperatives to participate in the integration of rural industries.Age of operators,policy understanding,policy satisfaction,expected revenue,expected risk,government subsidies and training guidance from government departments have significant effects on the willingness of aquaculture specialized cooperatives to participate in rural industrial integration.Thirdly,fully explore the problems existing in the participation of Shanghai aquaculture professional cooperatives in the integration of rural industries,mainly due to the lack of the ability of professional aquaculture cooperatives to participate in the integration of rural industries;The level of participation of aquaculture professional cooperatives in rural industrial integration is relatively shallow.The policy system of aquaculture professional cooperatives participating in rural industrial integration policy is not perfect.And in-depth analysis of the reasons for the existence of these problems,the key is the lack of intrinsic power of aquaculture professional cooperatives,aquaculture professional cooperatives industrial chain extension is not enough;Professional aquaculture cooperatives do not have a high understanding of rural industrial integration policies.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions that the aquaculture professional cooperatives should enhance the integration ability,enhance the integration level and the government should establish and perfect the rural industrial integration policy system.The key is that the government encourages young talents to engage in aquaculture and participate in rural industry integration,strengthens managers’ confidence in the expected benefits of rural industry integration,and reduces managers’ perception of the expected risks of rural industry integration.The professional aquaculture cooperatives broaden the chain of aquaculture industry horizontally and lengthwise extend the chain of aquaculture industry;The government will intensify policy publicity to deepen the understanding of operators,strengthen the training and guidance of rural industrial integration subjects,and increase subsidies and support for rural industrial integration subjects.
