| Growth traits are one of the important economic traits of chickens.Studying the growth and development law of chickens and looking for SNP markers related to chicken growth and development will provide theoretical basis for breeding growth and development traits.In this experiment,180 static chickens were used as materials to measure the growth traits of males and hens aged 0-26 weeks,and the growth curves of their weight and tibia length were fitted by Logistic,Gompertz and Bertanlanffy models.Through the statistical analysis of the weight and body measurement of male and hen,the growth difference between male and female was understood.KLF7 and ACTC1 were selected as candidate genes for growth and development,genotyping was carried out by KASP technology,and the correlation between their related SNP loci and the growth traits of Jingyuan chicken was analyzed.The main results were as follows:1.By analyzing the body weight and shin length of male and female from 0 to 26 weeks old,it was found that the body weight and shin length of the rooster of Jing Yuan Chicken were significantly higher than that of the hen(P<0.01).Through the fitting analysis of the nonlinear curves of the body weight and shank length of the static original chicken,the fitting degree(R2)of Bertalanffy curve in the cock is 0.999,the inflection point week and weight are 8.96 weeks and 1068.81 g respectively,and the fitting degree(R2)in the hen is 0.997,and the inflection point week and weight are 9.28 weeks and 882.64 g respectively,which is the best fitting curve for the body weight of the static original chicken.The fitting degree(R2)of Logistic curve in the shank length of cock is 0.997,and the inflection point weeks and shank length are 4.86 weeks and 66.82 mm respectively,which is the best model to describe the shank length of cock.The fitting degree(R2)of Bertalanffy curve in hens reached 0.996,and the age of inflection point and shank length were 1.48 weeks and 39.99 mm respectively,which was the best model to describe the shank length of hens.2.In the correlation analysis of the body weight and body size of the pheasant,at the age of 42 days,the body weight has a great correlation with the length of tibia and keel,which are 0.587 and 0.563 respectively;At the age of 126 days,there was a significant correlation between the weight of cock and hen and the length of body inclination(P<0.01).At the age of 180 days,there was a significant positive correlation(P<0.01)between cock and hen and the length of shin,the circumference of shin and the length of body inclination,and the correlation coefficient was above 0.461.In the three principal component analysis,the appearance structure information of Jingyuan rooster is weight,tibial length and chest angle,and the characteristic coefficients are 0.828,0.417 and 0.633 respectively.The structural information of Jing Yuan hen’s appearance is weight,chest angle and pelvic width,and the characteristic coefficients are 0.802,0.754 and 0.569 respectively.3.The analysis of SNP-related loci of KLF7 gene in Jingyuan chicken showed that at 42 days old,the shin circumference of AA individuals at rs313381531 locus was significantly higher than that of GA individuals,and the chest circumference of CC individuals at rs313089555 locus was significantly higher than that of TT individuals(P<0.01).At the age of 126 days,the body weight,tibia length,body inclination length and pelvic width of AA individuals at rs313381531 locus were significantly higher than those of GG individuals(P<0.05),and the keel length of TT individuals at rs313089555 locus was significantly higher than that of CC individuals(P<0.05).At the age of 180 days,the body weight of AA individuals at rs313381531 locus was significantly higher than that of GG and GA(P<0.01),the chest depth of AA individuals was significantly higher than that of GG individuals(P<0.01),and the shin circumference of AA individuals was significantly higher than that of GG individuals(P<0.01).The association analysis of different haplotypes and growth traits of KLF7 gene showed that H2H2 and H2H3 were dominant haplotypes.4.The analysis of SNP-related loci ofA CTC1 gene in Jingyuan chicken showed that the pelvic width of CT-type individuals with rs314569587 locus was significantly higher than that of CC-type individuals,and the chest circumference of CC-type individuals was significantly higher than that of CT-type individuals(P<0.01).The body oblique length and pelvic width of GG-type individuals with rs316229551 locus were significantly higher than that of GA-type individuals(P<0.01).At the age of 180 days,the chest depth of CT genotype individuals at rs314569587 locus was significantly higher than that of CC genotype(P<0.01),and the weight,body oblique length,chest width,chest depth,chest angle and shin circumference of GG genotype individuals at rs316229551 locus were significantly higher than those of GA genotype(P<0.05).Correlation analysis of different haplotypes and growth traits of ACTC1 gene showed that H1H1 and H1H2 were dominant haplotypes.To sum up,this experiment fitted the growth curve model which accords with the body weight and shank length of Jingyuan chicken,and can guide the production practice according to the weight of inflection point and the age of week.Through correlation and principal component analysis,the representative indexes of static pheasant in each stage are determined,and the results can be used to breed static pheasant.The study on SNP loci related to the growth and development of Jingyuan chicken showed that the rs313381531 and rs313089555 of KLF7 gene and rs316229551 and rs314569587 of ACTC1 gene could be used as candidate loci for the growth traits of Jingyuan chicken.The correlation analysis of different haplotypes and growth traits of the two genes showed that H2H2 and H2H3 of KLF7 gene and H1H1 and H1H2 of ACTC1 gene were their respective dominant haplotypes. |
