With the rapid development of my country’s marine breeding industry,marine fence farming has gradually become the main force of the new marine high-end breeding model.The fence farming projects need to be soaked in the sea all year round.During this period Covering,affecting the exchange of water internal and external water,reducing the amount of soluble oxygen and food supply,and a reduction in the quality of farming fish.At present,the main way to solve this problem in China is mostly replacing the network and artificial cleaning.This article is aimed at the unique piles and rail systems of the fence.It is designed to automatically clean the equipment,make prototypes,and conduct on-site tests to develop automatic cleaning equipment for the surrounding net clothes.The equipment consists of an energy supply system,cleaning system,carrier car,and control system.The equipment relies on load cars and lifting systems to drive the cleaning unit for horizontal and vertical cleaning.The main research methods and processes of this article are as follows:1)On-site inspections were conducted on the fence breeding base.According to the unique pile track structure and network clothes system characteristics of the fence breeding base,a fence was automatically cleaning equipment design scheme with water-shooting technology as the cleaning method.2)According to the on-site measurement,determine the overall size of the equipment.According to the overall design scheme,the overall structural modeling of the equipment is used to use the Solid Works software,and the selection of some standard parts and the key parts of the equipment are designed.The selection of computing,the selection of the rope of the rope,the selection computing of the transmission chain,the mobilization wheel and the rail coordination design,and at the same time control the control component selection and program design of the equipment control system.3)Select the high-pressure pump for the equipment cleaning system and calculate the diameter of the nozzle based on the parameter of the cleaning system.The design comparative test is obtained to obtain the launch diameter of the equipment adapted.Through ANSYS-FLUENT software to simulate the water reactor value of the inside and outside of the nozzle,simulate its shooting speed flow field to verify the test results and simulate the effective cleaning target distance of the equipment.4)Sample machine processing and installation and debugging on the spot,optimizing the equipment for debugging results.Through research,the following results are obtained:After the overall design of the equipment is completed,the remote control and automatic control modes are finally achieved,and the rated pressure is selected:20 MPa,the rated flow:50 L/min high-pressure pump,determine the equipment out of the test and numerical simulation through the test and numerical simulation.The shape and pores of the nozzle are:0.8 mm cylindrical nozzle,the maximum speed of the shot is 188 m/s,the effective cleaning target distance is0~12.2 mm,the actual flow of the cleaning system is 48.27 L/min,the flow of the equipment to the high-voltage pump is the flow of the high-voltage pump.The utilization rate is 96.54%.The equipment can be cleaned by 1.5 m~2nettime per minute.Through on-site debugging the functions of the system of the equipment sample machine,the overall operation stability can be achieved,which provides reference significance for the development of net clothes cleaning equipment.
