| Since 1970,the squid fishing industry has developed rapidly,and its proportion in the national distant-water fishery has gradually increased,and it has now become one of the industries with the highest marine capture output in China.Squid processing is the most expensive and costly production link in the squid production process,of which squid pretreatment is an important process in the squid processing process.At present,the domestic squid pretreatment processing mainly adopts manual treatment methods,including: head removal,internal organ removal,peeling,cartilage removal,cleaning and other steps,this method not only requires high processing proficiency of workers,high labor intensity and low processing efficiency.Therefore,it is urgent to design a set of squid integrated automatic production line.Among them,squid cutting as an important process of squid pretreatment and processing,the development of a new type of squid pretreatment automatic cutting equipment,which can lay the foundation for the design of squid integrated automatic production line,is the key to improving the mechanization level of squid pretreatment processing in China.In this thesis,Japanese squid with a body length of 350 to 450 mm was selected as the main processing object,and the automatic cutting of squid was realized by analyzing the research status of fish cutting device and the mechanical and physical characteristics of squid.The external dimension parameters of small offshore squid were collected,the squid neck compression test was carried out by iTexture texture analyzer,the relationship between compression deformation and pressure when the neck of different sizes of squid was squeezed was measured and studied,and the elastic modulus and average compressive stress were calculated,which provided an important theoretical basis for the subsequent fixture design.According to the process of squid cutting,an automatic squid cutting device is designed,which is divided into neck clamping device,cutting device,conveying device,squid internal organs and squid fillet separation device.Among them,the neck clamping device is mainly composed of squid pallet,clamping device,platform,connecting rod,gear,frame and spring;The cutting device is mainly composed of sprocket,chain,cutting knife and motor;The conveying device is mainly composed of motor,conveyor chain,and squid pallet.In order to ensure that the squid cutting device meets the rationality needs of practical applications,the force analysis of the main structure in the automatic squid cutting device ensures the rationality of the design of each component;In addition,modal analysis was used to verify the squid cutting device and the dial gear device to prevent the deformation of the mechanical device due to the influence of the resonance frequency.Verify the factors affecting the automatic squid sectioning and find the most reasonable processing variables.The control variable method was adopted to actually test the prototype of the self-developed automatic squid cutting device,and the three factors of squid conveying speed V1 and tool conveying speed V2,cutting tool depth h and tool tilt angle were tested and s α tudied,and the best conveying speed and the best speed of the cutting knife were taken as the evaluation index,and the best influencing parameter combination of squid automatic cutting was obtained.Moreover,through multiple sets of automatic squid sectioning experiments,it was verified that the squid could successfully complete the automatic sectioning and squid fillet removal,and the best parameters of squid cutting in the test were verified. |
