| Hydrangea macro Phylla Ser.is a perennial herbaceous flower belonging to the genus Hydrangea of the Saxifragaceae family,with diverse flower types and colors.In order to solve the problem of rapid propagation of hydrangea seedlings in Urumqi area,two introduced hydrangea varieties’Endless Summer’and’Yinbian Hydrangea’were used as test materials.Through the research on cutting technology,a set of relatively standard cutting and fast propagation technology of Hydrangea is summarized.In order to provide a scientific basis and reference for the large-scale promotion of the planting and cultivation of Hydrangea in Urumqi.Using the three-factor and three-level test method,three different brands of rooting powder were studied,as well as the effects of rooting powder concentration and different soaking time on cutting propagation.Combined with range analysis and variance analysis,a comprehensive evaluation of the root development of Hydrangea after cuttings was carried out.On the other hand,in order to solve the problem of hydrangea plants with short average plants and small leaf area due to the alkaline soil in the gardens of Urumqi City,this experiment selected potted hydrangea flowers in summer with the advantages of long flowering period,flower type and color diversity.The flower’Endless Summer’was used as the test material and treated with 3 different concentrations of acidic fertilizer FeSO4 solution.After 60 days,the indexes of the test materials were measured,and the mean values of each group of data were compared.And the effect of acidic fertilizer on the plant growth of different varieties of ground hydrangea was studied.The results of the experimental study are as follows.(1)Under the influence of three factors:rooting powder type,soaking concentration and soaking time,different rooting powder components,different rooting powder solution concentrations,and different soaking time have significant effects on the rooting of hydrangea.Among them,the effect of different factors on the root of the eight immortals,the primary and secondary levels of influence are rooting powder composition>rooting powder solution concentration>soaking time.According to the multi-factor analysis of variance results of the two hydrangea varieties,using Guoguangsheng and naphthalene acetic acid,and soaking at low concentration for 3 h,for hydrangea,the rooting rate,the number of primary roots,and the rooting indicators of primary rhizomes reached best effect.(2)The effect of acidic fertilizer on the growth of potted‘Endless Summer’plants:the treatment of acidic fertilizer FeSO4 played a positive role in promoting the growth of potted‘Endless Summer’plants,and the relevant indicators were better than those of the control group.Chlorophyll is 400 mg/LFeSO4>200mg/LFeSO4>CK,the mean is 47.371,38.951,31.635 mg/cm2,and the leaf area is 400 mg/LFeSO4>200mg/LFeSO4>CK,the mean were 45.28,34.56,19.93,the plant height was 400 mg/LFeSO4>200mg/LFeSO4>CK,the mean values were 27.64,19.56,11.84,and the leaf weight was 400 mg/LFeSO4>200mg/LFeSO4>CK,the mean values are 55.07,39.40,27.20.(3)Effect of acid fertilizer on plant growth of different varieties of Hydrangea:After two months of treatment with 400 mg/L FeSO4 solution,the plant height,leaf volume and leaf area of four varieties of Baxianhua(’endless summer’,’lime lamp’,’enemyless beraanna’,’pink beraanna’)increased significantly.All indexes were better than those of the control group.Based on the above analys is in the climate and soil environment of Urumqi area,using Guoguangsheng and naphthalene acetic acid,soaking in low concentration for 3 h for the rooting effect of Hydrangea cuttings is the best.For the potted hydrangea’Endless Summer’,400 mg/L FeSO4 solution was irrigated every other week.It can significantly improve the chlorophyll content,plant height,leaf area and other indicators.For different varieties of hydrangea planted in the ground,the plant height,leaf area,leaf volume and other indicators were significantly improved when irrigated with 400 mg/L FeSO4 solution.In conclusion,FeSO4acid fertilizer has a significant rejuvenation effect on the degradation effect of hydrangea in saline-alkali land. |
